Neither dude, once the airbag is off, use a volt meter set to ohms and test the resistance of the airbag, then go to an electrical shop and buy a resister with the same ohm resistance and connect it between the two wires on the air bag plug. Then reset the ecu and all is good I'm the world and it's only cost you 20p or so 😝

That's what I'm about to do with both my air bags :D
