Nanglebadger
Evening folks, Got a strange one for you all tonight. A good friend of mine has a bog standard EP91 GLS that his family have had from new I believe (it's his mothers daily). He contacted me last night to see if I knew where he could get a new key or get a key cut as one of his original ones has gone blunt and they only have a set of two keys, rather than the set of 3 that mine came with. So does anyone know if Toyota can still provide new keys or whats the craic for getting a replacement?? Also, please dont suggest he buys a blank gold one lol. Cheers, Phil. Ryan5793
my brother snapped his only key in his sr last year, took it to the local toyota on a truck and picked it up later that day with a new key all coded. so yes they do
dangeestarlet
Any decent key cutting places will cut and code him a new one, I had one cut and was £25 cut and coded
maddox710
I went into simpsons key cutters and they had keys that matched my glanzas perfect, think they charge £7.50 per key
Yoshimitsu666
I'd guess the keys aren't coded, my glanza was imported with a single bare metal key. I'm hoping I can just buy a few spare blanks and get em cut without the need for a code??
Nanglebadger
all sounds reassuring, thanks folks! Phil.

Cammy R
Toyota still do replacement keys and are cut using the chasis number when ordering them, To order one they will need to see the V5 and then the key will need to be coded which should be half an hours labour and i think the key is about £36.
Socks
If its an Import.... No Coding Needed If its a UK car... Coding will be needed!
