keep getting electrocuted.

I keep getting these annoying little electric shocks whenever I close my door after exiting the car,

It also happens to passengers when they exit the car.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

i used to get them from my old ignis sport. Was static from sitting on the seats

put a metal rubberized strip on the car that will cure the static elec,

Is this purely caused by static or could there be an electrical fault somewhere as it only happens on my GT.

i sometimes get it in mine on a hot day, its just static shocks
