Ethanep82
If I run a td04 at 0.8(below fuelcut), I wont require p&p or anything? Standard ECU can fuel for it correctly?
H_D
should b ok with a stock ECU but its worth having a wideband to keep an eye on AFRs also get the fueling checked on a rolling road
5e colin
on a gt 7 psi max on stock everything some guys on ere with there v are running just under feul cut ????? we cant
Ollieh17
0.7 on mine with standard ecu. Fuels spot on on the wideband. Obviously theres differences between cars though

I also have a HKS FCON laying around, can be used to adjust the fueling better?
Ollieh17
I use AEM, had no issues
Ethanep82
I use AEM, had no issuesAh great, how much you pay for yours? You cut them and weld into exhaust just below gearbox or a set distance from turbo?
Ollieh17
Paid £100 for mine second hand. Yeh got the bung welded in around 36" from the turbo
mikey4410
36" is bang on. Aem or Innovate for an afr gauge.both superb and imperative bit of kit in any turbo car
Ethanep82
Thanks for the replys guys, appreciate it! One last quick questions, will bigger injectors mess up the ECU fueling and would make much difference in power on td04 on low boost?
Devs313
Apologies to OP......but do any of you guys have any pics of your bungs fitted ? It needs to be at an angle doesn't it? ps Stock injectors should be fine on a low boost td04 bud. Be a good idea to get an uprated fuel pump though, if you haven't already
Ollieh17
no picture but AEM Guide says mount it 10degrees from horizontal http://www.schnitzracing.com/manuals/AEMWBK.pdf
mikey4410
Mount anywere between the 9 oclock position to the 3 oclock position only.any deviation of this will cause the life of the wideband to be reduced dramaticly
Devs313
Thanks. What readings should I be aiming for on idle and wot?.....0.8 bar on td04 Edited August 20, 2014 by Devs313
Ethanep82
Yep got myself a walbro already fitted and alright just I have 430cc laying around, thought might be worth chucking in if it helps with power.
mikey4410
Super safe afr at wide open throttle is 10.5Normal is to aim for 11.5 .I personally am at 10.8 and its peace of mind knowing its fine.
Ollieh17
I get 11 at 0.7bar
mikey4410
Perfect.still safe and I would leave it bang on that.
Ollieh17
Standard ecu seems to fuel td04 spot on at that boost level
RobSR
Dont change your injectors. Aim for 11.8 @ WOT. 10's is unnecessary imo. Safe, but not needed.
