is there another way to pour gear oil in the gearbox thats not on the normal top bolt because it wont open for nothing and its ruined now so im checking another way any help >

Yes you could use a funel with a bit of pipe in the over flow on the front of the box just don't over fill.

Or you have a nice breath on top of the box that works well

good chisel and a few hammer taps should get your old one off so you can replace with a new one, a bit of heat should help !
