If its the same as the JDM Gen1 4EFE thats in the early Jap starlets and the starlet Gi then its a decent lump.

Basically a GT engine with different pistons. The one in my 85 was like this.

Crank marked 4ET

Thick rods (look like GT rods)

FTE flywheel

212mm clutch

Pink injectors

Thread in the block for a knock sensor

FTE inlet and TB

Thermo housing sensors same as a GT

100ps ECU

Different exhaust mani

FTE valve springs

Think thats it

most of that spec u mention daniel is not on a cynos 4efe block !!!!! like springs tb clutch etc



the crank is probly stamped 4et indeed as soo many jap 4efe engines have but nothing else is uprated to 4efte spec



the crank in my turbo GI block is also stamped 4et but was no knock sensor thread !!
