I got a Clarke CEW1000, 1000 Nm of torque and will undo anything. The only downside is it's quite bulky so not ideal to get in those hard to reach area's and its corded.



I've used DeWalt and Makita ones before, they are a bit more versatile in terms of size, don't get the same punch like the Clarke though but plenty good enough for most jobs.

Its okay for most bolts.struggles on a few of the very tight bolts. But crack it with a ratchet and a breaker and its fine. Its better than the airgun i have, that is shit lol

I've got a 1/2 inch ingersol rand impact gun 20v 7150 I think the model number is. It's a great bit of kit I love it.

Is the battery powered clarke got enough torque to get the bolts off I had a look it was 220mn I wasn't sure so didn't buy one

That is the reason I went with the 450nm one bud. it got my crank bolt undone with minimal effort so I'm pleased with it :)
