Oil/Water lines on a GT28 - Need some help
Phil replied to Ethanep82's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Hel website allows you to build you own oil feed - result £30 The oil return you just buy the two bolt push on fitting on eBay And two water lines push on banjos again to suit a gt28 off eBay Phil -
The bad fuel is a difficult one. The air temp you can set limits for the ecu to insure you don't run into problems on that front without any det detection requirement Your mapper will probably have a cold start setup and then a limit on the fuel map depending on engine temp during normal use. No reason he could do the same for ignition tables depending on air temp. Unlikely to be tuned to the degree where it makes any difference but for safety sake. Phil

It'll be tuned in det cans anyways and even were really worried you could add a knock link kit or similar Ran one without issue, great ecu for the money Phil

Ripspeed - Japan racing (ce28 reps) 15inch alloys
Phil replied to Phil's topic in Starlet Parts For Sale
Ripspeed don't do these wheels my money is on japan racing at a guess it'll be a mirror of the genuine wheels which mean one model would cover the 8&10 spoke. So probably a old 'jr5' Nothing against ripspeed just trying to give the best information I can deduce. I've looked at the 15" ripspeed and at no point does it say Japan on the wheel. It's says something like monoblock forged ce28eng But you could be right maybe someone handy at reworking alloy has made up some additional lettering to make there copy look more like another copy. Stranger things have happened. There was a set of -
Updated my in car from a recent hillclimb on the video page but here is a quick snap from a car show - where incidentally 'NORTHSTARS' eps were the largest club/group which makes a big change to the norm! And then by way of developing the car I've opted for a smaller exhaust housing And a rear anti roll bar Plus my pal is developing some bracing for the downpipe to help reduce stress on the turbo flanges.
