Its worth putting the claim in to cover yourself anyway, the trader should understand (hopefully) and like its been said before you can alway close a paypal dispute if the item should turn up. Exhaust knocking somewhere at a guess. Also sounds like you might be getting a fair amount of engine movement, might be worth renewing your engine mounts or uprating to some TRD or poly bushes

Better make sure your remote internal baffle dampener is correctly installed, helps vtec engage harder ;)
