  1. Think its just a general 3" one from the states, we get US price postage as we know americans on a local base so parts like that are easy to get hold of. Like this but cheaper as its from the states Mobile link so might not work http://bit.ly/16K2ALb But it means you can run your stock or quiet but restrictive system for road track etc etc but when you need that extra go you open it up and make some noise
  2. My mate has an exhaust valve that he can open on a switch. Close it for cruising or track etc open it for drag. Just dumps to the floor by his nsf wheel but makes a big difference to spool times!
  3. Phones are Ok for quick fb pictures or instagram but anything else you really need a dslr of sorts. I would use my dads but its quite old and oversized to be practical!
  4. Haha typical! Its really annoying, most my mates have good camera but never use them. Tbf mine was filthy in this and it was raining but still!
  5. Sometimes your mates had good cameras! Got tagged on facebook with this shot next to my mate in his tommy mak but the camera just ruins it Haven't got any decent rolling shots of mine i don't think!
  6. Dont suppose theres a marking on that anywhere? I've got one here and it has 021 stamped on it. Not sure if mines a generic one or more starlet specific. Also glwts
  7. That looks rude. Not usually a fan of advans but your car pulls them off really well!
  8. 2) My old n/a 1.3 had this on it. I think they went into the dizzy or somewhere silly like that. 3) i think thats multiple water temp sensor. Ecu and dash temps both on one plug (or maybe the fan cut is one of them) Gt's use individual sensors for each i think.
  9. The image or IMG one. Should start and finish with and [img/] I think its the bottom one
  10. Upload to photobucket (or similar) then on when on the image you want to use there should be a few boxes with Email Html Direct Image or IMG Copy the text in the box next to image and paste that text in the reply box on here and you should have a picture on this thread. Can be done multiple times
  11. ^^ haha in it Seriously though, which is it? Lol Naa welcome along dude, get some pics up Edit: it wont let me write in-it without the space, auto corrects to isn't it
  12. Give them a good clean dude. No1 wants to buy filthy wheels. If they clean up good thats going to help your sale. Also are they coming with tyres, if so what make tyres and whats the tread on them like? These will all help you sale dude
  13. All im saying is the springs appear to be loose (more so on the rear ones). This type of coilover they shouldn't be as the cup at the bottom is used to do the height adjustment. Could be wound back up but then wouldn't be as low. Thats all

    Coilovers Wanted

If you've got a £500 budget push the boat out and get new one with warranty. Its very easy to sell/buy coilovers that are fucked, trust me been there done that. Im sure a few others have as well!
  15. How low did you have this? youve maxed out the proper lowering adjustment then fiddled with the spring pre-load as well from what i can tell. The springs shouldn't be loose yet these seem to be.
  16. Sure i read someone else who did it recently as well Also they are vertical for a reason ;)
  17. Yeah i wouldn't worry about manifold, as said before the map sensor will be able to cope with any differences that may occur from changing them
  18. Yeah, you can trace them back to the ecu and get rid of all the wiring, the only wire you need on the manual box is the one for the reverse light ;)
  19. The injectors are a maybe, as the ecu is programmed to a certain size injector, you put bigger ones on its not going to know the difference in size so would over fuel on a stock car. So if stock it knows to open them for .001 of a sec and that allows .001 litres through you put a bigger injector on that will still open for the same time but might let .002 litres through so would be too much fuel (only and example not accurate by any means) But with the correct mods from a similar car and engine the injectors would be fine to change albeit rather pointless imo, because i guarantee the stock injectors aren't being pushed to Anywhere near there limit, so you would be better off buying a rrfpr and getting it setup on a rolling road to utilise the mods you have.
  20. Work in an injection moulding firm with a tool making engineering dept. Job description includes... Trainee engineer, mould setter, machinist, tool maker, then non trainee side, warehouse picker, fork truck driver, production operative, general maintenance and the bitch! 21. I got my engine from newera imports, luckily a mate of mine was working at a dealership so got a fairly good price. Matt brown is a uk rep sorted me and put me in contact with miguel the owner (i think) in japan and he is a big toyota nut. His ae86 is nuts, but i couldnt recommend them more, contact was very open the whole way through the process
  22. 96 are bigger than 98 spec. 98 spec are the same as 98 spec corolla levin ones if that helps lol
  23. Haha but i really want a proper facelift one
  24. 5j, id get wider wheels and save money on spacers. We would also need to know the offset of your wheels to be able to gove you accurate info on what spacers you could use ;)
  25. Ahhh didnt think it would be stock, a mates got one, just hasn't got the cams or been mapped yet. Nothing special how it is but i bet your mates gets a shift on
