  2. Well i suspect maybe an evo 3, evo tommy mak edition, subaru justy turbo and a teg type R would be the likely crew Ill prob have the slowest car there
  3. Haha Well i might be travelling down the day before as Mk is 1.5hours from me nearly so will mean leaving at 3am to meet you guys. If my mates leave on the same day we might swing through this way anyway so could still meet up just i wont be on my lonesome! although i might be the only starlet still!
  4. Still waiting on what my mates are doing about this, but i may still come though this way so keep me in the mix just incase!
  5. This looks like the one that the cj wheels came with, how did you make it work? Its not very clear on my phone
  6. Can be done if by with mallets and sockets etc but save yourself a load of hassle and remove what u can and take it to a local garage. Just make sure they can fit it in or you'll be without a car lol
  7. Payment by bank transfer preferred as well. Could well be...
  8. This will give you a clue as to what you are looking at. http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/55996-identifing-aftermarket-lsds/#entry815439
  9. I meant like the all the glanza parts dude, you would have had to source them all yourself otherwise ;)
  10. Stick a hose under it, soak the lower wishbones and D bushes and go for a drive. It might stop it.
  11. Joints dont need play to creak, does it stop if you drive through puddles? I had a micra that creaked unless i went through water lol
  12. I think someone i know failed about 30-35 times :/ Have to agree if you fail it that many times you shouldnt be allowed to take your practical! I did a mock test on a cd once, past it and that was my revision, past both tests 1st time. Not sure how you can fail it tbh
  13. I dont, i would like to get a good list and get that list pinned for future reference!
  14. Bushes can creak, so either of the wishbone ones or maybe even the arb d bush.
  15. Dude how many more of these gems have you got hiding away! you could start up a toyotas owners club just with your collection
  16. Subaru forum
  17. Is this idrees's one he ha for sale? Had a few nice extras with it if im correct. Should be a good base to build from. The glue, hairdryer/heatgun or tar and glue remover/white spirits and a old bank card usually do the trick. Be careful with the card and it can scratch the paint but shouldnt be too bad that it couldnt be polished out If you use a heat gun be careful as you could burn the paint
  18. Check out the new feature on google https://www.google.co.uk/intl/en/landing/nose/
  19. Looking at this http://www.ukstarletowners.com/topic/55996-identifing-aftermarket-lsds/#entry717283 Trd mechanical is pretty close, but i think cusco diffs look similar, i really need to add more to this list lol
  20. I haven't had any of these cons with mine. Being its an n/a you would be more likely to notice the torque loss etc but my cars producing more than stock torque and is nice and grunty low down for what it is still. Juddering on pull away might be worse with a paddle clutch but that would be the same with a stock f/w and thats more the way they bite. If you are considering doing it and your cars it bits do it. If its not then wait till a 2nd hand one pops up for a good price. Lets face it unless you're mad or really bored you're not going to rip a gearbox off just to fit a flywheel for the small gains you may get.
  21. Ill be over in a while to collect it
  22. They fit but the indicator cancel doesn't work so some modding needs to be done. There is someone on here who knows what needs to be done but i can't remember who it is.
  23. Its true toyota did it with the 4AGE's as well, but if your not revving the tits off of it i wouldn't worry. 4ages are ok on stock rev limits 8400rpm(ish) if i want to rev more i want to put shot peened silver top rods or forged aftermarket rods in. As ryan said seems the ringlands on the pistons would usually go first. If your doing the rods change the pistons for forged and visa versa ;)
  24. Think you may be better off looking for a yaris TTE backbox, the starlet ones were discontinued years ago so finding one is getting harder and harder. The yaris ones take a little modding to fit but isnt too bad from what i read
