    I think the best thing to do here mate is upload a video of when you first start it up in the mornings open the bonnet start the car up and bring the camera round to the engine that way people can say what they think 👍

    You can pick up forged engines on here mate,they do come up from time to time, there's one for sale on here at the moment so that might be a better idea

    To be fair mate you do have some good stuff here but when you can get bits like this cheaper of the jdm-ep site (I'm not having a dig either) people will want the cheapest stuff, I got a lovely momo steering wheel of there for 25 quid I know you'd stuff is worth the money but it's all about bargains I think 👍

    Hello stu Thankyou so much for the help there, I've decided to put it in a garage on Saturday good friend of mine and there gonna test everything I have a feeling it could be te coil just hoping it isn't anything to serious, also I put in 97 unleaded, never had 95 in the car but Thankyou so much for your help once I get told the problem will post on here 👍

    Plugs were gapped to 0.8 mate but put new ones in now just to rule that out

    Hello anyone have a good working icv (idle control valve) this is the second one that ticks like mad surely a good working order one doesn't tick loud? Please let me know thanks Pat
