Upto 1bar on a td04l that will make ~220bhp mapped.. I would drop it down to .85 bar if going with a hybrid td04 (like the Wepr one that most people go with) as it'll make roughly the same power at less boost. Standard HG will be fine

Ct9,td04,td05,td06, Td12 Hybrids Etc Etc

I think it's going to be hard to compile a comprehensive chard/table as there is so many different varients of turbos/specs/trims etc.. I've got a couple of pics of a GReddy TD05 18G if you need em.. Also g, I still have this chart in an excel table that may save you alot of time.. -
Scutchings works at my local one.. I'm sure he'll add something in here..

I've heard there was a slight difference hence why some na owners fit a fte inlet cam.. No idea if it would make a noticeable difference!
-
I got rid of mine and it's stil on the pas rack, and my bros GT was aswell. It works but it's alot heavier than it would be with a non pas rack. It did fail it's Mot because of it, but that's only because there was residue leaking out of it... If it wasn't they wouldn't of noticed. There's hardly any difference in the rack So I'd be surprised if they notice it if blocked off properly. Mark/nightspirit did it this way and didn't have a problem with mot I believe in my opinion If using the car daily, just keep it..

yea that's what I meant was just been lazy lol. It's the same with the corolla one aswell !
-
Uk non turbos don't have knock sensors. As for why it doesn't work, it could be anything.. Knock sensor/ think Glanza s has a different idle control valve/ it has a completely different ignition setup/ immobiliser etc
-
Easy to get to as you don't have to remove any trim to get to it... Missions to wire things into it though compared to the ep91..
-
not on an ep82 It's just left of the clutch pedal...
-
I *think* they plug straight in as there 2 plug... But it won't work/car won't run..
-
Nice to see she's back on your drive! Lol I would happily give you a hand if I didn't live so far away! What fuelling bits have you actually got to fit? R

If you reuse the head to Mani one it will leak. It will then warp the mani hence why it's still blowing even with new gaskets..get it skimmed + new gasket and torque it up to 48nm! Don't over tighten it or you'll crack the head...

I didn't actually say that, you'll soon realise it was Si... And well done for offending everyone on this site who has done a convo by calling them stupid Saying Glanzas are built for it and n/a's aren't is pap aswell... There's no difference in the chassis/suspension, the only minor difference Is in the braking setup which has already been covered. Also agreeing with phil again.. You could easy do a convo for under 1.5 k and pick up a non turbo for around 1k, so a turbo 91 for 2.5k is cheaper than a decent V . -
If it's shinny and chrome lol it's probs a rs*r one!
-
^ that's the thing! I got mine from halfords pretty cheap though

Will be an adjustable panhard rod mate

I wanted to make a rig ages ago lol. And did a diy one that sort of worked. If someone could make one that attaches under the car I would be interested too. what my mate did was to hire one for the day, and then got someone to re produce it
-
looks cool that! Got some nice pics aswell up the top
-
looking nice mate re, the conversion, starletnath has the full set of 98spec looms for sale for about 320 quid, then all youll need is an engine/box and a few electrical bits, so you could probs do it for about 1k all in!
-
get a balljoint splitter, its basically a really beefy 2-pronged fork, smash that between the ball, and keep hammering, and it should eventually come off, worked for me!
-
ones just to the left of the glove box, and the other is just below the steering wheel on the right...you can remove both of those panels fully, so they are easy to change
