make sure its really clean before you heat wrap it, otherwise you will get nasty heatspots from the dirt and grit that is underneath the wrap...

mine always pongs of fuel but thats the bee*r...i warned about the raspy sound on standard system...it shouldnt be to bad...just from like 3k-4k rpm...but if its really bad, the cowboy who made it, may of done a shite job and it has a nice big air leak.

right the ecu should be able to fuel for a hybrid but i would get it checked out personally... Standard clutch wont last long if you have a hybrid at 1.2 bar...also make sure you have sufficient suspension and braking modifications, so you can stop the extra power...you would also want to relocate the an airfilter to the front bumper, as the standard efi pipe isnt good.... Map sensor will be fine for a 1.2 bar hybrid..... I think thats about it even though ive most probs forgotten something

really depends what turbo you are running mate... but firstly the fuelling will be well off were its meant to be, even on a CT9, If you still have the cat it, you will have rediculus EGT's... two little examples you need to give a more info and your current spec mate..

theres a rear accident damaged gt on pistonheads for 800 quid i think...considering you can get all the engine, loom, gearbox, ecu, axle and everything else from it thats cheap ...you could then do the swap yourself or getsomeone to do it for you...

i may be able to go out a do a vid of mine tonight for you...

some get boost creep and some dont...didnt you port you wastegate tho cal? To mesh the turbo go and buy a cheap metal sieve, and a jubilie clip that will fit round the turbo inlet....basically cut the mesh out of the sieve, put it over the inlet...clamp it on...

when i get an idea of what day its going to be on, ill book it...and ask that question for you mate... I want to try and book it on monday so keep the votes coming..!
