It doesn't matter that they are old, okay there's newer stuff out there with roller/ball bearing cartridges, but a td12 is still journal. Think a td12 runs a td04 cartridge n all!

Sounds dodge as to me. Yes if you have a HKS fcd fitted it does lean it out due to the way they work.. Take that off, and get either an adjustable FPR on it or some proper management. Don't be concerned about the power figure, it's just the RR telling porkies. How he's leaned it out is plain stupid tho. Can you post up the AFR plot he gave you from the RR?

If it's the end that goes onto the filter housing it can only be one size, otherwise it won't fit the filter housing. If the td04 + line were originally fitted on an EP you won't have any problems.

what ever you do..dont get an exedy paddle, ive seen loads of em pop springs out now, after not much use!.. if money wasnt an issue, obviously an ORC, but ive heard good things about those ACT ones.. Remember aswell geo yours is 4wd, so its naturally going to need something stronger aswell

depends how much baffle is in the box / pipework diameter aswell.. I made a front exit on a Td05 in 2" piping with a bike can and it wasnt loud atal, however mr burwash's with again a td05, + bike can and i think 2.5" piping was pretty mental! There was no baffle in the can tho.. You external gate aswell?

One of the G3's supposedly doesnt work with a starlet..not sure why.. its either a G3 or a G3+. They are quality bits of kit tho, and yes thor racing map them..but you are in scotland..there will be somewhere that can do it tho.. But like i said first, chose your mapper, then your ecu

IMO id go for a standalone, for the spec your planning on running. So a HKS V-Pro / Link G4 / Omex etc etc. I wouldnt bother with an EMB, id go with atleast an EMU. Ok the EMB will work, but its not going to be amazing. think its only 14x14 fuelling table ? (someone correct me if im wrong)

I thought red stuffs were shocking tbh, not sure if its to do with the fact that there ceramic..? Havent had experience with the Greens/yellows tho. However according to EBC Yellows have better cold friction than reds..

Choose your mapper, then your ecu However an EMU is going to be better than the HKS PFC, as a HKS PFC is pre-programed with a couple of maps, and isnt mappable as such, you can only tweak it with a GCC. Or did you mean Fcon V-Pro / Power FC / EMU ?
