Use the pinout on their website, and just splice the safc in.. it's an easy job
  16. standard pressure is 2.4bar, id put it back to that, take off the fcd.. you can run .6/.7 bar on a td04 with standard fuelling as the standard map is very rich.. but its best to get it checked to be 100% sure
  17. thats only if the oil seal on the comp. side of the turbo is fooked, and it it was, it wouldnt make it smoke out the exhaust, as the oil wouldnt be getting anywhere near it..it just collects in the ic pipe.. whip your decat off and see if theres any oil there..could also be rings, stem seals, pcv valve etc..try and have a look at the back of ya tub, and do a compression test so you may be able to rule out a few things.
  18. get all the mani surfaces skimmed and toyota/scoob gaskets then youll be fine... you said you keep tightening to try and stop it? how tight? mani to head is only meant to be 48nm and if youve over done it alot, it can crack the head..

  21. i know a few people who do..dont think its the problem, ive gone through everything now, and i think the ebc has a sticking solenoid..as it worked for a split second, and now it wont make any adjustments anymore lol!
  22. Hi guys..seeing if any of you know about this...basically my mates recently fittted a td04 kit, running one of the new watercooled tial wg..runs fine just of wastegate spring pressure, but when weve fitted the ebc, it will not make any difference what so ever, tried every combo i can think of with the vac lines on the wastegate as theres 4 different ports for vac source.. was wondering if anyone else has had a problem, and if not how have you plumbed your ebc in... cheers
  23. Nice mate only thing I noticed was your AFR plot tho.. Looks abit lean! You had it checked or you got a wideband ?
  24. looking awesome mate! are you running your ewg without any vac lines on?
