Which is the best way to keep the internal wastegate shut?

What mani do you have now? a good welder should be able to put a bend in to clear the standard rad if that's the issue. Any of the companies on here should be able to do this if your buying new. James

That's unlucky man it would be hard to come back empty handed after all that travelling. one of them has been banned now but some people have bought cars off them that have done ok. Hopefully this is the case. James -

I don't think the blue vac off the inlet should be going to the fpr mate that goes to the dump valve on mine. James

You will have to have a manifold to suit mate and yes you can run one with standard turbo. James

You will need the Turbo, a td04 manifold/decat oil and water lines there is a kit on here for sale atm James

If you mean for revs you can swap the dials over from certain different models may require a bit of wiring altered. As for which ones you would have to ask the experts in the electicals section I have never owned a n/a so not 100% James

Yeah pull the whole console out mate makes it more accessable the outer surround that the heater vents sit in needs to be pulled out and unscrewed, piss easy from there man i will send you pics tomorrow if your still stuck. James

No the surround needs to come off first iirc the screws are behind it once you have pulled half way out you will see them Sorry about my wording had a couple of bottles of grolsch James

It will only pull out so far and you should be able to see one screw each side undo them and it will pull straight out
