  1. nothing, none, no that's answering all the questions They don't do anything, they just make a noise which boyracers instantly assumes, more power. All it does is disrupt the airflow of the brake booster Vacuum - how the hell is that going to affect ANYthing?!
  2. indeed - with that manwhore, if there are Camera's around, he's bound to be infront of them
  3. Cruise bumper - it's lightweight, and no-one else has done it
  4. ~ Update ~ Well I've spent the day yesterday up at my/ToyTuning's mechanics' place getting a few things done, namely: AE92 Corolla GTi seats FINALLY installed...had them laying around the house for about a year and a half now! Great seats, amazing amount of bolstering and adjustment for a) such an old seat and a standard seat and c) a Corolla seat! Just one issue...I'm 5'7" and I nearly touch the roof with my head Nevermind, their improvement over the previous cack is almost redeeming enough. Also put the Front Coilover plates the right way round so that I'm not running full Positive C
  5. mine is loud to the point of ungodliness since installing the Blitz Decat...but it's a nice sound so, meh, I don't care...much. The attention grabbingness is annoying though. And luckily it doesn't sound as Tractor-ish as the Starlet Exhaust systems do, just, a subdued and refined burble at idle-low revs...just, really loud.
  6. I found it amusing when driving up to Manchester this past weekend how whenever I had some tool tailgating me in the fast lane - expecting it to be a spotty face boyracer tool - it turned out the be a Vauxhall Zafira or One of hundreds of Business-Men ish cars....and here's me thinking family & money gets people sensibility & maturity...
  7. says you, my car is pretty much a Starlet underneath the pretty skin....unlike yours Traitor!
  8. Hehe, what can I say Mark, I get carried away But I agree wholeheartedly - reason I waffled is these "My car is better than your car" threads are gay, and people seemingly come to their own conclusions when they don't really know what they're supposed to look out for. And who cares if you're faster than a certain car?
  9. and who's to say all respective driver's of said cars in said "Comparative Races" are the most skilled drivers? Not trying to be a bitch...but, yeah
  10. I think you'll find the first thing people do when they get D2 Coilovers is to "deck" their cars...and the priority they choose it for is the price above anything. Not to say they're terrible, but they're outclassed by most other options. They're soft - true, good for British roads, but when you mention TRD, Tein, HKS...well...they ARE Billed as Track Coilovers for a reason. Which is why people looking for Softer Japanese coilovers will turn to GAB or JIC, which are "D2" Priced...just, in Japan though
  11. Rick (as always) and Argyle have hit the nail well and truly on the head. I generally do not like the Citroen Saxo, not because it is French, or it's "Rubbish", but rather due to the stigma of the typical Driver...same thing with Honduhs. Now truly...ask yourselves, why is the Citroen Saxo rubbish? Cause everyone says it is or is it your own actual opinion based on in depth comparison to other cars with a good knowledge of what you are looking out for? I severely believe it's the former...not to be up myself, but I don't think a lot of people know what they're are looking out for in cars when
  12. hehe, thankies Darling Phil - will do, like reading your Amusing responses to the pink bits on the car etc Unfortunately the remaining sound deadening is too gay (and actually part melted) so would need to continue in the morning...even though we bought Flood lights for this very reason...BAH! Laziness has conquered
  13. But Carbon fibre is so gay....and Pop Music rules Jus' kidding
  14. On that note - a series of events led to the inevitable stripping of the sound deadening of the car like it were my destiny - I broke my horn button, so took it to my room to investigate, finished fixing and needed the retaining spring which was in the car...whilst frolicking about in the interior, I accidentally lifted a piece of Sound Deadening...and it was loose. Seems like this weather is optimal for removing sound deadening - it literally just peeled off! Must be a good 10kg of Sound Deadening I removed, and it's mostly removed the adhesive too! A bit of a wipe down with some white
  15. I'll take on Night's Spirit (giggedy) I prefer the Dynapacks, not that I've used them, but they are reputed to be more accurate in their measurements
  16. a little twiddling on the FPR
  17. do it after January 15th and I'll come - I needed to get some Dyno tuning done, suppose I can use this oppurtunity
  18. spleens or splines, as far as I remember the CV Joint isn't a living organism
  19. eat afterwards, it's always annoying trying to do "..." when bloated.....trying to cram into the back of my car that is, get your minds out of the gutter . Bah, I'm up for food, that's around my dinner time anyway
  20. says you - I hit my head on that bonnet several times bringing it back from Mark's house............ohhh, you mean Surrey?!
  21. They just can't handle the Sexiness that is a Coupe'
