    Best bet is silicone hoses mate, places like auto silicone hoses online sell any size, any bend etc and they sell the aluminium pipe to go between hoses

    I guessed as much, core houses the bearings, all that will do is chew itself to pieces as soon as it turns without a bearing to support the load. Only way it would be viable is to machine the rear housing to accept a sealed roller bearing, however I don't think that would even last long due to the lateral loading of the belt tension onto the shaft.

    Doesn't matter, it's not the exhaust that makes a turbo require an intercooler, it's the fact that any time you compress air you generate heat

    You will be able to do a set up like mine above with the power steering. The original PAS belt needs to be changed from a 4PK920 to a 4PK898. That brings the pump right down on the mounts and gives enough clearance

    Never had an issue mate, sits right behind my number plate so the plate acts like a shield to stop any ingress

    It's an ITG mate, I can get you the part no. If you need, it's the perfect size for mine and being foam it has a bit of flexibility. I had a blitz too, bloody huge and wouldn't fit anywhere

    As above mate if it's popping out of gear then the box has a fault

    It'll be to do with the ICV. I removed both parts of mine and no longer have the issue

    Crazy isn't it mate, priced them rock bottom to get them gone quick lol. Wheels are so much better made then the likes of sc'rota's haha. Thought they'd be an ideal track set up for someone.
