Don't know tbh, i was just told they were and that mild steel is better for reducing the chance of cracking
-
Is it 2.7 when driving?
-
standard is 2.7?
-
Ok will do, will 3bar be ok then mate?
-
just read your post before this one rob, thanks i keep getting mixed up with pressure and fueling, just to be safe from stopping ti running lean, shall i just put it on 3 bar on idle?
-
Just thinking, if its on 5bar on idle now, i dread to think what its doing when driving!
-
Im running a ct9 on 0.95 boost and the rrfpr is on 5+ bar!???? ive heard that the jam ecu can control the fueling with a standard fpr on?
-
i have a ram ms, less chance of cracking in the mani compared to ss.

Hi everyone, i have a jam ecu on my glanza, would i be better of taking of my sard rrfpr and putting a standard one back on?
-
Isn't it better to run the fpr i have now compared to a standard one, i will get a better delivery of fuel because i run a jam ecu and ive heard that the ecu doesn't control the fueling as well as a sard rrfpr?
-
I know, is it safe to turn it down? Would it affect my performance? or make the engine run lean/rich?
-
I'm using a SARD RRFPR running around 5 bar which i think is too high? and i am on boost quite a lot tbh, this week i have taken it easy and reckon i will get 240 miles out of it this time. I run around 0.95 boost on a ct9

I'm pretty sure my glanza is ovefueling doing 200 miles on a full tank, would getting a wideband lamba sensor help me out and are they easy to fit?

I used some stain removal tooth paste first, i noticed a slight difference but the thing that really made it look good was meguiars ultimate compound which a lot of people recommended, i think the fact that i used a proper application pad to apply the compound to the lights really helped and also using a microfiber pad to remove the excess compound and dirt also helped aswell -
My lambda snapped because i dropped by car down and pulled the wire down with it and snapped it, but its all sorted now, i reconnected with spade connectors

Did some work on my lights The pictures don't really do it justice, they look amazing now! Before: After: -
I dont think it looks right with a space in between the two lights tbh
-
have you got any pictures of what that looks like mate?
-
then again this looks good lol http://i232.photobucket.com/albums/ee247/ak13/glanzawashed006.jpg
-
I was looking at them but i think they look a bit bright tbh?
-
What rear lights does everyone think will look the best on a black glanza?
-
Strongly recommend getting a blitz decat as its cast and doesn't crack

I had to remove my old oem rad due to how old and fucked it was, i have had a japspeed full size ally rad in for the past few months and has been brilliant but am thinking half size now tbh seeing as i have no cooling issues, also my short route hdi pipe is millimetres away from the radiotor aswell lol
-
I have never had issues with cooling, it always runs just below half so i don't think i would have any issues with cooling, unless you have any experience between the full and half rad cooling difference? It is mainly for the space to work on my turbo/manifold etc if i need to tbh
