Update of the engine bay as it stands. Cars basically sitting in the shit weather now not being used as don’t have a garage.

Hellllo everyone and anyone who was or is interested in what happened and the direction the car went in the end. I will take time this weekend to get as many photos together and all the information I can remember and continued this build thread. It’s still on going, cars fully mapped now and running but as you all know it never ends. Currently changing all hoses on the car and tidying the engine bay, will get photos up and a time line of events which have happened over the past 2 years. One thing I would recommend is if your going to use harnesses then have a cage fitted with a harness bar for the harnesses to fit correctly. If not using a cage go back to the normal seat belts. Good luck very clean looking motor.

Deal on both doors and front bumper as it is with canards and front lip? Also interested in the locking system as i assume its on a remote button. Let me know when you can. Cheers.

Matt yes it is cheaper to buy a forged starlet but sometimes you cant trust the people you buy off. I know all the work carried out and all parts put on etc i know exactly whats been done alot of the cost is from new parts not just the engine build although its still on the high side cost wise. when you start adding together fuel turbo set ups, clutches, exhaust systems it all adds up in the end. Like i said the cars been there 16 months its taken 12 months of that to do the ECU work......
