If it doesn't sell I won't mind, just delays the turbo rebuild a little longer so it may still end up on my Glanza. Just so people are clear this will fit both ep91 and ep82 and I won't take any offers, price is per thread so don't bother sending me silly offers.

Edit: just re-read the title and not sure if this thread is clear enough, depends how you read it. To be clear I have the loud exhaust and I want your quiet exhaust.

It's a 2.5 inch straight through to an RW development back box. It's very raspy. Looking for something with a big mid box, HKS Hi Silent 5Zigen Pro Racer something along those lines.

It's pretty easy, changing the whole shaft is just as much work as changing the joint itself so I would change the joint then you know its going to last! Remember there are 2 types of joint a 23 spline and 30 spline, the only way to tell is to take your current joint off. If you have ABS you need a joint that has the ABS ring. Also you need a deep socket to get the hub nut off. Apart from that its all straight forward nuts and bolts and a bit of hammering.

Got a brand new Japspeed back box in Rotherham. It has a slight dint on the tip of the back box that was done in transit but I am certain it could be tapped straight by hand. Let me know if your interested.

Exactly just make sure you get one that is a straight through pipe not one of these with loads of little holes, the latter seem way too restrictive. This is the one I got to sort my latest exhaust: http://www.ebay.com/itm/281689087836 Obviously get the right size for your system. I always used one when I had my Japspeed system which is a copy of the nur spec sounded perfect with it in.

You can put a bung in a nur spec and it sounds perfect.
