Ah I see now. Not to easy to find one but still a lot more floating about here in compression with the c52/56. Did you have to modify the shifter cables to fit the selector arms on the other side of the box?
Yup it is the oem TRD diff from a mr2 spyder etc which is made for the bigger crown gear for future use. Do have a TRD one for the c56 gearbox if plans do not work out the way I see them.
@Trevstar Thanks. It is pretty clear where they are located I'll check them this week even though I'm 100% sure they have rust there as well. Will be sorted when the outer sill is replaced. Going to be a joy to work on for sure😟.
When my sills get cut open next month il post some pics up I'm in same boat my outers are gone full length inside but only look like it's first 6 inch from the outside , I've no doubts inners will want some attention aswell

Update ...work on the SR was put back a little as the bodyshop decided they didn't want to be doing bits then leaving it a while so instead they are doing everything in one hit pics will be coming very very shortly can't wait to have it back so in mean time I've bought an old OEM head unit in mint condition with cassette player reason behind this is so I can listen to music on my phone via a cassette aux cable with a 3.5mm jack older members will remember them well plan is to remove the din blanking plate and mount it below the Toyota cd player and somehow wire them together via a double loom

Great write up trav also worth noting they may look absolutely perfect from the outside but inside tells a different story

And the TRD glanza v surround.
Ep91 ukdm starlet cd clocks
Pink paseo needles. And mixed it up alittle. The orange ep91 needle is just there as reference.
The white clocks have purple led back lighting and the black has white led back lighting. Nice and visible.
This and the cup holders is the start of bringing the interior as upto date as possible. I'm going to get the seat belts done in red as well as replace the rear bench seat with something alittle more sporty. I'm also after an MR2 spider steering wheel For it.
In the end I didn't need to rewire the ep91 cd dash, I just swapped all the required clocks and faces + needles around installing them onto the cd clock base.
I've posted them back to the my UK home, were Daniel will install it.
I'llget a video up of them dash + dash gauges + boost control + progressive shift lights in action.
Those clocks look great mate much nicer than the dull ones in my SR nice touch
The 23rd if June will soon come round bet your itching to get started as for the bumper splitter someone on the FB pages modded a civic one to fit you still thinking the black silver two tone with the pinstripe look?

Great work, I really do like the seat belts, nice that you went for red ties in with the SR decals nicely.
Agree, they do a lovely deep blue colour that matches the 98 spec seats, and a green that also matches the sr theme aswell
