York weights bench with a lot of accessoriesThis is a very good versatile piece of equipment it has the biceps curl bench peck flys and comes with a a lot of weights that i don't use as its too much to lift coming back from injury. it also has a chest bar and two separate bicep bars. the bench is fully inline and decline and very comfortable. Spare work out bench This is a gym quality bench very heavy duty needs bit of a clean up but in perfect working condition may benefit from covering up with cloth its fully recline and on wheels so able to move about very easily Cable cross machineThis machine does everything it uses cable cross weight with various attachments all included to do almost all work out muscle groups. This machine in particular is the chin up bar version and comes with stacks of spare weights to be honest if you can lift all the weights i will be very impressed! it was used to perform functional rehabilitation as you can adapt to weight training in specific sporting positions and actions. An absolutely fantastic piece of kit ideal for home gym garage or fitness center. I've never driven one with a lsd so wouldn't have known although I did always think it handled well
