Anyone got a spare turbo sump in good condition. No dented rusty rubbish please.

Say £350 posted for the turbo. i paid that for it then i paid another 372 to get it rebuilt. so its still like new hardly any miles on it at all.

so do you need all the oil and water lines, air filter and relocation kit? so all of it except the turbo and wastegate right?

you would need the downpipe aswell though to go with it. plus the wastegate extension pipe.

the 4e box will bolt to it just the same. it comes with the 3e flywheel so you can run your 4e clutch too. obviously it will need mapped to your setup when fitted.

the graph was never posted, whoever still has the dyno it could still be saved on the computer. if it did exist, bit of a starlet mystery lol.

it was powder coated candy blue. it had a silver undercoat then a clear blue so you could still see through it slightly to the silver underneath

Item For Sale: Forged 5e i got this built by dave from tm developments. This is the bare engine, no clutch manifolds ect included. forged 5e burwash built pec rods wossner pistons 1.2mm athena gasket head and block skimmed and chemically cleaned ect arp bolts throughout (head and bottom end) bottom end balanced with 3e conversion flywheel - to use 4e clutch on 5e crank extra holes drilled and tapped for the oil filter housing (proper job like on a 4e) rocker cover with fittings welded on for breather (race spec lol) completely rebuilt head spacers on the power steering bracket will be left on and the bolts are titanium. ran in on millers running in oil until about 1200 miles - all receipts kept oil and filter changes at: 4 miles 100 miles 200 miles 400 miles 1200 miles then changed to silkoleen pro s 10w50 i use the k&n oil filters Item Condition & Description: great only covered 4-5k miles tops Price: £1900 Pictures: pics arent great im afraid but we all know what these engines look like. I Will take £1000 for the full turbo kit. or make me an offer on the turbo or the kit minus the turbo. Just incase not everyone realises the kit fits all the single scroll scooby turbos td04/5 ect..

still got this turbo kit. i would consider splitting it, ie selling the turbo on its own and the kit seperate. its only done 4-5k miles!

Item Condition & Description: just bolt the fuel rail on and connect the fuel return line on the bottom of the regualtor and its fitted. no messing about making the lines up or having to buy expensive fittings like i did! the fuel rail is mint the only thing the rear bracket had to be cut off for the inlet manifold i had fitted. it still fits fine and doesnt cause any issues. Item Condition & Description: used but mint! cant have done more than 4-5k miles max! i bought the wastegate my self brand new from america so no worries of it been fake, comes with a .9 bar spring. oil and water lines! everything is included its a full kit!! i bought the turbo for about £300 then i spent nearly £400 getting it rebuilt, invoice is below. the turbo is still like new! while it was getting rebuilt i asked for new studs and lock nuts to be fitted and they welded up the wastegate properly, no dodgy mig tacks on this! On my 5e the turbo would be at 1.55bar before 4k rpm. it spooled very quick and was always on boost. This is a great turbo kit no half measure were taken, all these parts i bought brand new. The oil return had a slight leak but nothing major just i noticed a bit of oil on the return pipe it. I only removed the engine with the turbo kit on the other week when i sold the ep85 shell. They might be a bit big I would look at some cbr600 carbs maybe. Ive got cbr900 Carbs on my 5k engine
