Cheers dude ;) and you know theres always a passenger ride waiting for you when shes done. i binned the engine it was sat out the front of the house and a scrap pikey nocked the same day it was due to come out so told him he could come back and bin it the following day! Got the injectors, ecu, inlet and exhuast still though ;) Shud be BIG updates in the comming weeks

Rubish man!! Head off is half the engine out already!! Your talking 2-3hours tops from that to take the engine out! I've had engines in and out of starlets so many times its common palce for me now haha. if you brake jeff because you cant be arsed to take the engine out then a.) i will slap you with a wet fish! (and dont think i wont) and b.) do you think stripping the car would be less hassle? Parts dont just fall off lol and the engine would then need to come out any way thus contardicting the very reason you justified braking the car!! Ironic eh?

Si mate i hate to be the bearer of bad news but after a hg fail its best to check the block face too. as the block may need a mild decking too this is why my whole engine was in bits a year or so ago. whip the head off and get it checked n maybe reskimmed you maybe ok. also while the head is off check the block face for level. I've not heard of an athena gasket failing so is more than likly deformation of a surface. chin up bro shes a beast!!! Dont give up when your so close! You will regret it and then just come back and start again with another starlet haha we all do! Persevre mate!!

im not sure tbh, i dont run of the shelf rods dude. i dont think the other rods will give issues tbh. try having a word with the tunig developments or east coast customs lads they have vast knowllage in the 5e forged engines.

im sure there was a big debat on tgtt about forged rods from lesserknown brands, tbh if the treating is the same process then cant go wrong ;) i dont know anyone using them though

id say they are the same too dude ;) they use the same grade and traetment so cant realy go wrong. with people like scat you pay for the fact they are tried and tested and the name of the brand.

you did inded ;) 20-25mm on the fronts with -1°/-1.2° camber is fookin awesome even more so on an lsd box!!! Nomnomnom haha best way to make a fwd starlet handle imo

Cant say fairer than that ;) for the benifit of the 4paw boys if you are using the 4paw alternator then your alternator pully dosnt fit the shaft and will need drilling out to match the thicker shaft. you could use a gt/v alternator but the 4paw one is far more manly so id advise using it. this is merly a helpful pointer and tbh james could not of forseen that atal without owening a 4wd starlet :-)

Grants green gt was stripped when pukka performance ran it but hes ditched more bits and saved even more weight! If your going hard core then you can lose crazy weight. i personaly like my comforts so i just add more power instead to compensate haha
