im not sure tbh, i dont run of the shelf rods dude. i dont think the other rods will give issues tbh. try having a word with the tunig developments or east coast customs lads they have vast knowllage in the 5e forged engines.

im sure there was a big debat on tgtt about forged rods from lesserknown brands, tbh if the treating is the same process then cant go wrong ;) i dont know anyone using them though

id say they are the same too dude ;) they use the same grade and traetment so cant realy go wrong. with people like scat you pay for the fact they are tried and tested and the name of the brand.

Cant say fairer than that ;) for the benifit of the 4paw boys if you are using the 4paw alternator then your alternator pully dosnt fit the shaft and will need drilling out to match the thicker shaft. you could use a gt/v alternator but the 4paw one is far more manly so id advise using it. this is merly a helpful pointer and tbh james could not of forseen that atal without owening a 4wd starlet :-)

Grants green gt was stripped when pukka performance ran it but hes ditched more bits and saved even more weight! If your going hard core then you can lose crazy weight. i personaly like my comforts so i just add more power instead to compensate haha

Not realy tbh dude. quite like the square lamp oem gt look. just want to remove the embosed gt logos on the doors, and add a few 4x4 touches but nothing major. i was going to put some id workz fenders on but tbh the bodywork isnt stunning and i love raggin down the "green lanes" so will only get chipped and scratched anyway. sump guard is on the cards though as she is a tad close on some lanes due to tractor and landrover ruts lol. she suits the muddy look though. would love to rally it if i got the chance need to get another set of alloys sorted with some "nobbely" off road tyres though as t
