  5. i dont see why not but the disc will sit quite far back id of thought? the donut isnt realy needed imo as it serves little purpose the disc cant move anyway once the wheel is bolted on.
  6. good man! and yea if its just vibration its most likely a mount is either worn or loose.
  7. you will need to run a spacer behind the disc, the e30 is not the best disc to use tbh, when using corrola d4d discs you need around a 8mm spacers so im not shocked the e30 is around 10mm,
  8. id like to scond the fact that a spc type sheet is far better than just a user name/real name as tbh unless you dont speak and spend a whole show stood next to the car, or worse still put a photo of your self on the sheet then it doesnt realy give much extra info tbh. i used to put full spec sheets in the widscreen of the v, tbh as daz said it will give far more insite to those who dont realy see Know just how much effort and time goes into these cars. if you walk around the evo's and scooby's at shows they always have spec plaques on show and people know how much work goes in to a car like that, theres a fair few cars on this forum that out way the spec's and work that have gone in to alot of the bigger cars, but passers by would have no idea
  9. Well not much to update atm. Waiting on my gt loom to arrive and have started servicing and changing some bits on my forged engine ready to go in the car. Also emailed a guy at powerflex I've delt with before to sort out making some poly engine/gearbox mounts and also some rear arb bushes so will update if anything comes of it. Turbo grant is sorting some stainless out for the custom exhuast system so with some luck she should be progressing in the next few weeks.
  10. Bear in mind the ep91 coilovers wont fit so you will need to sell em and buy meister ep*5 coilovers. At 1.2 on a basic forged engine prob around 240-250bhp on a forged though you could run 1.4 on a td04 all daylong and get 270-280bhp lol not that im trying to encourage you.
  11. Snooper is the one you want!! Mine saved my arse loooooooads of times!! And eyes open like a hawk dosnt show you the sneaky bastard in a lay by with a speed gun but the snooper will as he is your freind!!
  12. Enzo for the car and dave at tm for the forged engine unless your building it yourself dude as for td04 kit sacha at wepr or ricky at race tech. Your looking at spending probs around 6k+ to do it all though and thats without any other mods atal, litraly just car engine and turbo kit so better get saving

  15. Theres a few horror stories from engine damge due to powder coated rocker covers, its to do with heat decipation. Based on that i wouldnt risk doing it to a sump tbh mate. New sump is only around 80quid give or take.

  17. There are no oil ways at the front but oil coild be coming from the filter housing on the block and spraying up. Tbh im suprised as tmd are normaly shit hot! And i know a few people running their forged lumps with no issues atal. Id phone dave and have a word again, dave has helped me out with advice and parts many times over the years and its rare to hear of an issue with them. Im not saying you arnt having problems as you clearly are, just that its a suprise that you havnt come to some sort of resolution with tmd. Edit: Dave beat me to a reply as i typed lol, cant say fairer than that if he asked for the car to come back in.

  19. Wish i could help got a spare mk1 bumper with oem lip though if thats any good to you instead of mk2/3? You would need the mk1 bumper bar instead off a mk2/3 one to fit it but toyota sell it for £26. You plan to turbo yours? And keep an eye on the na if not as even though mine had only done 45,000 miles it looks like the stem seals faild and she burnt up all her oil and ran dry, wich is why the bearing on the crank has shit itself ;) looks like the na's had a tough life in japland.

  22. should fit as far as im aware dude they are the same but i would save for coilovers if i was you mate, as you will get any drop you want as well as a better ride.

Cheers mike im quite lucky tbh as my good friend turbo grant is as starlet mad as me and between us we have a gt doner and glanza doner plus his caged 5e gt and my 4wd so plenty of bits floating around, my 4wd has only cost me around £170 so far not including my alloys. As it now wears 90% of grants old gt on its body! And the glanza is donating all the vital engine bay parts for the turbo conversion so as soon as i can get an uncut gt loom we are away ;) we are fabricating our own exhuast system and just need some minor exterior bits n bobs needed plus guages and coilovers then shes sorted oh and bigger brakes up front but im just gonna use ae111 twin pots again as i think they are perfect for the starlets!! 4pots are overkill imo.
  25. Thanks dude yea gonna be awesome with more grunt under the bonnet, expecting to see around 300 ish on the glanzas old forged lump, then few months down the line got something planed to help see around 340+ will just see how it goes though tbh. Need coilovers sooooo badly lol.
