  1. How she sits atm with her shagged engine. The gt kit and rays have totaly changed the look. Just needs a few more parts to finish the exterior off. As you may guess the sleeper 85 has gone out the window haha.
  2. google, A1 powdercoating, woolston, southampton should find all the info you need bud. They where shit hot tbh!!
  3. Exactly how im looking at it tbh. Gutted it died as realy did love the na for just ease of everything. But ah well, 300+ i guess instead now. Just a pain in the arse tbh as i love driving the car. Never mind be back up and running in a few weeks
  4. If you have a spare set mike i can have poly ones made Right. Finaly got the gt kit fully on and fitted (thanks again grant always there when im in a panic) along with the volks and set off to jae, had a hectic time as i was floating in and out of jae as i had a wedding to attend on the saturday. Was a good laugh and the car looked good. We left to go home on the sunday and 60miles from home the bottom end shit itself!! And now she is dead, especialy as i drove her home on the blown engine. Has forced the turbo swap to be done way sooner than planed but hey, the glanza's beast spec forged
  5. Check your timing with a timing gun ollie. The vac line to the tb we set up is fine so wg should work fine aslong as that bolt is in to stop it leaking vac pressure. The timing being out will ruin any hope of boost if its out enough, and if the cams arnt timed properly you could be loosing boost there too!
  6. Was wicked but i didnt meet many people as i was camped with mates furtger round so only poped to the stand briefly to see bigman and show him the changes to the 85 (i parked next to the silver accord the few times i was there in the black mk2 gt bodied 85) then had to go to a wedding an hour away on saturday, and just got home now with my newly blown bottem end ah well turbo time now then. And dispite it all was a damn good laugh defo go again next year and this time ill pitch up on the stand
  7. Im not even going to say how unprepared i am lol I've had a hectic week so is all last second preping now haha.
  8. Noooo, wanted the rears also ;) just price on other parts in my pm dude. @steve do toyota still sell spats?
  9. Could have a set made up if some one has a spare set or takes theirs off. Just drop the guys at powerflex an email and im sure they will make them. I had them make up poly bushes before, they are good to deal with tbh.
  10. get compression tested then leave it with me and grant dude, wil take way less than 4weeks for us to find fix and return her in all her glory
  11. that rear caliper i sent you ever turn up mate? never had a reply from my pm also double sided stickey foam shiz can be bought from halfords
  12. Nice one was talking to mike the other day about playing in the mud with the 85's is sooooo much fun haha. Cant wait for snow this year
  13. Got to be the worlds most powerful *e seires powered starlet surley???? Bloody awesome result dude! Well done to you and the ECC boys :harhar:
  14. Heres a tip, i used two slim filter tips (swan, rizla what ever) pocked them in the bolt holes on the spoiler so they stuck out a bit and blobed tipex on them then when you push the spoiler in place it will leave to marks where the holes need to be drilled, if its a proper oem spoiler it will only sit properly in one place :harhar: you cant realy go wrong as it lines itself up pretty much
  15. Maybe not yet Lol but when you have put 5years and as much money into your v as i did into mine, it wont take alot to make you give up i can promise you that. Good to see your not giving up yet though :harhar:
  16. Build another on dude. This one was awesome but the second time round is always easier as theres so much you already know that will save you time and money :harhar:
  17. trust me when i say grant is easily going to do it justice!! and dan any photos of my stunning old beast please email to me :harhar: i miss her soooo much!!
  18. ah mike ill drop you a pm if i ever see one for sale :harhar: and yea bigman she is running like a dream and she looks sooooo good dirty!! but she defo does need a damn good wash haha
  19. Let me know if the gi nonnet is still available, would love one! And yea dude the wind deflectors are wicked, i like fresh air when i drive and it just means you can have the window down a tad for fresh air with out it getting cold or windy in the car. I would never be without them after having them on my old glanza tbh.
  20. yea been cracking on mike, i cheated though and put some freshley sprayed mk1 gt doors on instead (thanks grant ) as was easier than lining the bracket up. rest is sat waitin to go on when i get the chance. MUD!! and my fav bit lol an old uksc sticker i pealed off and hadnt de glued. now mud printed not as muddy as we intend to make it lol and pics arnt great as was getting dark.
  21. good question, id of thought the same ones off the gt's would fit, i cant remember the actual size of the arb, one of the lads who have had 4paw's a tad longer maybe able to shine more light on it.
  22. Contact os giken mate, they where exactly who had in mind tbh, and im sure they will do a 5e fly for you if they dont alreadt make one as i know their range is alot lot bigger than people think bud, a redrilled 4e fly at the power your looking at would always be a concern in the back of my mind if it was my engine. But defo defo drop them a line as they are a fantastic buch!
  23. Love it!! And cheers bud exactly what i was looking for with the pics i also wanted a gi but so hard to get, may fibre glass myself one as would be far easier in the long run tbh. Keep up the good work bud. Mine is not far off with the panels too but mine has stayed all black. Still love the two tone though!!
