  1. Let me know if the gi nonnet is still available, would love one! And yea dude the wind deflectors are wicked, i like fresh air when i drive and it just means you can have the window down a tad for fresh air with out it getting cold or windy in the car. I would never be without them after having them on my old glanza tbh.
  2. yea been cracking on mike, i cheated though and put some freshley sprayed mk1 gt doors on instead (thanks grant ) as was easier than lining the bracket up. rest is sat waitin to go on when i get the chance. MUD!! and my fav bit lol an old uksc sticker i pealed off and hadnt de glued. now mud printed not as muddy as we intend to make it lol and pics arnt great as was getting dark.
  3. good question, id of thought the same ones off the gt's would fit, i cant remember the actual size of the arb, one of the lads who have had 4paw's a tad longer maybe able to shine more light on it.
  4. Contact os giken mate, they where exactly who had in mind tbh, and im sure they will do a 5e fly for you if they dont alreadt make one as i know their range is alot lot bigger than people think bud, a redrilled 4e fly at the power your looking at would always be a concern in the back of my mind if it was my engine. But defo defo drop them a line as they are a fantastic buch!
  5. Love it!! And cheers bud exactly what i was looking for with the pics i also wanted a gi but so hard to get, may fibre glass myself one as would be far easier in the long run tbh. Keep up the good work bud. Mine is not far off with the panels too but mine has stayed all black. Still love the two tone though!!
  6. What clutch setup you gone for dude? You not using a twin plate of some kind??
  7. Loks like the oil retunr is too long anyway as its foldind on the bend, just whip it off cut back the split part and pop it back on, bend shud look better too with it being a tad shorter. Also as far as wish bone bolt, put a flat head behind it and try to lever it away from the car while undoing it if that makes sense???
  8. Nick drop me a txt me and grant will sort you out, im sure hes got a few decent cranks sat about.
  9. Wtf!! The oem colour is awesome and very different to gt's any way. Dont do it a different colour dude
  10. haha this thread is gonna be around a while now me thinks lol
  11. well you say you will have a drop, the physical roof height of the car will be lower yes but the wheel will sit no lower in the arch so isnt realy any benifit what so ever, ride height is determind buy the springs or coilover collers. buying lower profile tyres is just a waste of money unless you just need new tyres tbh.
  12. cheers, bud. yea we have realised non of it lines up but got all gt parts now so its all there almost, will update pics soonish lol
  13. looking good, and is it wrong i like the two tone? also mike, did you bolt the brackets for the skirts on to the sills or are you just bonding it all on?
  14. good luck mate, all the best and hope you both have a brilliant day
  15. your talking of spending around £1000 easily for a proper rework of the head mate, and thats without uprating the valves and cams, just basicaly working on whats there, its a pricey mod to do tbh. money would be better spent else where unless the rest of your starlet is as modded as it can be?? also athena head gaskets are by far the best!
  16. any seats will fit if your good with a welder mate. as far as i know nothing is a bolt in fit to starlets other than starlet seats.
  17. That looks mean as fook! Would look evil on a track, canards set that off niiiiice
  18. quality!! well done josheyboy,
  19. you are right indeed grant mines an 's' model so has it as stock. as above dude best to fire enxo a pm but id assume its not to hard, that said if your going to do a turbo conversion id just hold fire on the rev counter and just change the whole gt interior loom into the soleil be faaaaaar easier in the long run if your doing the conversion anyhow
  20. low temp thermostate and an athena hg at some point is plenty, oil cooler is over kill imo unless its an out and out track car. i loose count of how many times I've said now on this forum oil can be to cool, wich is as bad as too hot
  21. Based on where you live...........either a job for yourself or a trip to gb motorsport in scotland tbh, easy enough swap to do though. Just full glanza engine loom, fuse box ect, glanza ecu, and 4efte engine job done
  22. That what we said when we saw it smoke si, new it would defo be a preasure issue not turbo. Your far to honest to sell a duff unit and as soon as we got it to hold boost the smoke cleared up as the turbo was sealing properly under preasure.
  23. As stated ollies mid section is restricting the turbo a fair bit, the bends are tiny! When his new section is on should spool far better. Much more savage a kick than my old td04 kit tbh. K24 is a nice setup imo.
  24. Good man, glad to help dude she will be savage when mapped, n just drop me and grant a line when you want a forged lump built up
