best way dude, is how I've always acted with them when i been pulled and I've had a good chat with a few of them about cars, and tuning ect. they are just people doing a job same as you and me dude. invite them along to the meets and show them about the cars explain what mods do what and just have a good chat with em, im sure they will see where you guys are coming from then
-
na man the show is for anyone I've had my ep85 about a month and im going, my v i owened for 5years modded the shit out of it and only took it to a handful of shows is all about like minded people having a luagh ;) Ah crap beaten to it by john lol
-
no probs dude if you get no joy let me know and send me some pics of the back of the switch unit, should be able to say more from that
-
thing is see it from their side, un insured drivers are more offten than not young lads in souped up cars who either dont have insurance or have a bogo policey wich is void as the mods ect arnt declared. if you where a cop how would tell the difference? copper; "oh that lads car is clean and looks like he spunked aload of dosh on it im sure he is uptodate with valid insurance?" two seconds later the lad runs an old lady down she dies the family get no compensation to cover funeral costs or whatever copper; "opps guessed i should have stop checked him" its not an easy job and because you

is hard to tell from the pics but looking at it id say, 1: is the earth due to the open hole lug on it and the colour. 2: the blue with red stripe is power. 3: the last wire is a lighting supply so needs to be on the supply for switching the lights on from the stalk. im around 98% sure if it was me i would tape the earth to a car battery neg terminal and touch the down the blue with red stripe this should feed it with on/off/high/low what ever, then take it off and touch down the last cable and it should illuminate the switch unit just to confirm before install. if i lived closer id come d

Lmfao spent the last ten years telling people how shit the r888 is and how the a048 is the daddy lol. Got a pair of 205/50/15 sat in my dining room, for the 85 just need to get another pair for the rear. Stick like shit to a blanket!! Dont store them in the cold though taggy, as they deteriate, in cold weather as im sure you have read. My mate owns a tyre shop so i get my tyres for a steal

Perfect ta lads oh i soooo cant wait now
-
Ah maaaan!! Just makes it worse that i wasnt there i need to pull my finger out on the 85!
-
Totaly gutted i wasnt there!! Glad to hear you lads had fun and we once again showed just how mean a tuned/well loved starlet can be on track!! We are a club to be proud of and its about time bigger jdm car clubs got to see that

Gt and glanza boxes are different im afraid guys. Is a ton of glanzas for breaking atm dude some one will have the bits you want. Almost all starlets head to the big car park in the poopie these days. Another year or two and they will be a rare as fook car again with a decent ticket price and only hardcore fans driving them like when i got my first v 6years ago anyway i digress lol loads of breakers on the go, ill be keeping an eye on your build dude, ill be where you are very soon
-
The driving dosnt bother me, and neither does how far away it is to an event, was just tye wrong weekend to fit in for me would of loved to of been there tbh.

i was going but then got informed its my cousins 30th, plus my mrs is running in the race for life and has only just got back from a holiday away with her mum so thought i should spend some time with her now shes back and then wonder over to the party for my cousin together why dont ladys love motors/racing as much as guys would make life so much easier! on the plus side the 85 will prob be turbo'ed by the time jae arrives so at least she will have something to show off for her first show with me

As above. Very hard to understand realy, has there been any luck in the contact with lsd manufactures to build one for us? I spoke to my mate about the engineering and although they could in theory build the parts for an lsd its not something they understand enough to want to go ahead and build as they are engineers and not mechanics is understanadable mind. the thing is im guessing as there are so few 4paws about we are likley to pay over the odds for custom/special order lsds due to lack of volume of sale for who ever would build them there is always the likes of sumo power but tbh I've no

Yes bud, drop me a txt and me you and rich can convoy if you fancey

Looks perfect for what im after!! Good man marc your a legend. Ill pop over as discused on the txt And @ mikep82 - its down to good tyres too bud, i run 195/50/15 yokohama prada spec 2's and and 205/50/15 yokohama a048's in the realy dry weather. The zoom springs stiffen the car alot I've only experianced under steer in the wet or when taking a coner far to tight, dont drive it like a front wheel drive, take the corner wider and throtle through it, they realy do grip!! And its not the lack of weight that helps, the 85 is very light compared to my glanza.

Im not 100% sure tbh, I've got a basicaly brand new dastek sat here but wouldnt go back to the shit people who mapped the v, but idealy im going to prob go to jdmodified in basingstoke and get an aem piggy or aem standalone fitted and mapped. What management you going for? You staying ct9 or planing more?
