Im after a good shock and spring combo for my glanza, im looking to lower it by 40mm, i dont want coilys as they are more expensive and normally pretty dam stiff any recomendations on what shock and spring combos work well? also i dont want the koni's as you have to piss about with the front ones to fit them (inserts) any help greatly appreciated, cheers starelybruiser

Right i cant get hold of the company by phone, and they havent yet answered my email, but i found another site with the shock kit on, and its allot cheaper, but it says for toyota starlet 96 onwards (uk specification only) ?? does this mean that it wont fit my glanza? i thought the uk ep91 starlets had the same mounts as the glanza, let me know what you guys think, cheers, starlybruiser http://www.dcp-shop.co.uk/buy-car-accessor...3108&ref=96

I still think the early spec glanza front optional lip in carbon fibre would be crazy, any ideas if you can get one made up? i would deffo be up for one of those cheers buddy.

yeah the apexi are better but im sticking with the blitz, just got to either try and find all the bits to relocate it, or just get my local exhaust place to make a kit up for me. cheers buddy starlybruiser

Well ive almost finished gainin all the parts wanted to fit my hybrid setup, just one last thing, i want to relocate my blitz sus filter to the front bumper, now im goin to remove my air-con to give me more space so i was just wondering how people have relocated there filters? any kits out there to suit the 55mm inlet trumpet of the gt spec? cheers starlybruiser

Well today after i got home i parked up my car and then folded the mirrors in but only the one went in, the other one kept clicking and wouldnt fold in ?? any ideas what it could be before i rip it off and have a look lol, prob end up gerrin my hair off and drop kicking it down the street, makes me feel allot better lol cheers, starlybrusier

Well im trying to decide what route to go down with the handling, and ive decided not go for coilys as most of them are proper stiff and normally more expensive, but ive been looking at the koni adjustable shocks on toytuning along with the whiteline 40mm springs, was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with these items seperately or combined? cheers guys, starlybruiser

Well i have decided to get an SPS mild steel mani, so i sent a message to the guy and he said he doesnt really like selling the un-coated ones as they can rust and bits can fall of and damage the turbo? but the standard manifold on 4efte's rust and they dont damage the turbo do they? someone shed some light on this subject as im unsure about it, theres allot of difference in the price also, thats why i want the uncoated one as its only 180 quid , cheers starlybruiser.

Ah yeah but have you still got aircon? if you havent then you can mount it behind the crash bar and then you dont have to cut any of the bumper away to make the core fit , only for the pipes the come down under it.
