  4. Popped you a message. Thanks
  5. Unfortunately it was no longer available. Shame as it looked perfect. Have popped somebody else breaking a gls a message, shall just have to wait and see. At least I know what I'm looking for now. Thanks again both
  6. Thanks bud, this looks perfect! Message sent 👍🙂
  7. Hi Dale, cheers for that. Indeed it is a silver one, and it has a bit of a lip compared to the usual ones I've seen. I'll keep searching but with the way it's going will probably settle for the standard black style unless anyone pipes up 🙂
  8. Decided my boot carpet needed to go too as it was coated in oil and god knows what other filth So picked up some new automotive carpet from ebay and got to trimming that down to fit. It was a bit of a bugger as its not the easiest of stuff to work with but eventually got it in there and now it's looking heaps better and there's a very slight improvement to the amount of sound coming from the rear which is good. Next on the agenda is to respray the rear strut (hence not putting the plastics back on the strut in the pictures), replace the stereo fascia, replace the bulbs i
  9. I'm looking to replace the surround I have in the picture with the same version however uncut. So far I've been unable to find any others in this similar style. Does anybody know which version this came out of? Let me know if you can help. Many thanks
  10. It's been about a month since I had the unichip installed. I'm a lot more happy with how things are now running, no more issues with cold starting which is great & no more back firing (as much as that sounded fun) She's now running a dual boost mode changeable by switch, so 230bhp @ 1bar and 263bhp @ 1.2bar. I hadn't really had a lot of time to check out the new map until last weekend when I went back home to Somerset to catch up with friends and family. Getting home felt so good, it had been a year since I'd seen anybody (thank you COVID) and being on the roads I grew up on was so much fu
  11. It would have been nice if they left a note or something 😡
  12. I think I'll be going for the meister's at some point, apparently a bit more comfortable than the bc's
  13. A fair wait then... Hope she met expectations. Do you have any build pages for your previous cars?
  14. Very nice! How long did it take to arrive?
  15. Yeah, think thats an entirely new loom, sensors, ecu, mapping (which would cost the price of the whole unichip package itself). For a £30k Impreza it would seem reasonable. Cheers buddy. I feel a bit funny steering away from the well trodden Emanage route but needs must
  16. You should definitely go forged 😉 That was exactly my thoughts on the LED bulbs, either too bright, they'll mess up the cluster or they won't have a good coverage.
  17. Yo. Hope you're all doing well. I was having some issues selecting gears and so took the car to SMD over in Newhaven where they found it to be clutch release bearing related. That's now been resolved which is great as she was becoming a real bugger to drive around town. Whilst there they also wired in my oil catch can and sorted some less than desirable wiring done by a previous owner... I'm now all booked in to Redline Tuning in Essex for a new Unichip ecu. I wanted the Link ecu however on talking to the guy who works there realised that it would be around £4k for the L
  18. Nice one dude, she's coming along steady. What do you have planned next? I'm on the fence about the reflet lights personally, I've just bought a pair of the normal style so I can chop and change, I guess you can do the same now too!
  19. Such great work mate. And thanks for all your help the other week. Shall be seeing you soon 🙂
  20. Haha. No steering wheel for sale here! 😉
  21. And he's already been a big help to me also. I look forward to getting to know the guy better! Unfortunately I have no sound coming from the speakers at the minute, they have been mis-wired up behind the dash and haven't yet attempted to get back there. It does look nice though compared to before... 😂 *Note that paper wedged in the cup holder. Took me quite a while to find that rattle, shall do something more permanent at somepoint.
  22. That's it, it might just be how it was maikh me feel but I swear the neighbours were giving me daggers with it. Cheers T, I shall check out the power getta.
  23. This morning I decided to swallow some of my pride and put the Blitz bung in the exhuast to see how she gets on like that for a while (yesss, I knowwww), eventually I would like a new exhuast but for the minute money is having to be spent on more pressing issues like transmission and mapping. I'm not too impressed with the sound she's making now however it's a damn site less than the massive Blitz Nur R drone which was getting to me. Honest opinions on the bung situation would be appreciated, anybody have any experience with them? I was think to go for a hi power silent next, unless anybody e
