fitted the HDI intercooler which was a reet bitchh to fit lol but got there in the end thanks to my mate dad and bro lol lots of chopping involved have half a bumper left lol

im trying to find a set for my GT but dont think they will fit since its a screw type fitting

unscrew the actuator arm to make it bigger

fitted SPS mani today, ported the exhaust mani and ported the turbo hope it makes a smooth difference. i also have hot air in the car now fitted new thermostat. noticed i had 2 hairline cracks in the wastegate but seems to be ok. very very pleased car is not hitting fuel cut anymore and it feels alot more responsive any one hitting fuel cut highly recomend to port the wastegate. dan porting the turbo new BOV

yeah go down there some times to, do you ever go to barmston mcdonalds in washignton on sundays its kool like loads of luvly motors down there then head to sunderland later on the night. should come down this sundday mate
