Better to get a gas mig! Welding with the flus wire ain't the best I have a sip mig and tbh it's not bat at all! It's all about the tig welded for me though Dean

As Idrees has just said its alot of money to invest in moulds etc for only a few sales I am in the long run going to be building my own carbon/ carbon kevlar doors but it wouldn't be in your timescale I'm talking sometime next year really these could be made with no real inner skin so would be extremely light weight! 1 thing though I have considered making a carbon Fibre door pannel so it don't have the window frame that will basically allow you to cut and leave around 1.5" around the origonal door and bond this Light weight carbon panel on obviously then you could take as much weight as possible out of the origonal door so it would still be extremely Light strong and be cost effective

Work should start to commence after the weekend on the roof! Basically just before jae when I was cranking my new engine over for the first time it burst into flames so I haven't had it running but I'm coming to the last stage of re doing the wiring so plan is to fire it up the weekend to make sure the engine is all ok take it for a run then put it back in the unit and let the work commence so first stage will be removing the roof vinyl and getting the screen removed I know you defenatly need this for your event in feb/ march so ill be updating you as it takes shape Dean
