  1. just be prepared for it to be looud! haha. will sound awesome for sure, but will get you noticed alot more (that also means police) luckily the police round me don't seem to care, and my mr2 is far from quiet. but they quite happily jumped on my illegal number plates and fined me
  2. I had a custom straight through blitz nur spec... no baffles, boxes or anything and that was loud. My mate Jules had a buddy club on his livesport glanza, sounded fucking immense! sooo nice but was chuffin loud for sure! ... wont be as loud a fart-Tek civic and will sound alot nicer. here's a vid from his car: http://s64.photobucket.com/albums/h178/jul...18072008052.flv but it will be loud, very loud actually and being straight through with no rear muffler will decrease the torque but will aid out right flow so provide a slightly higher hp level. i'v now got a buddy club on my mr2 and damn t

  6. i thank you Phil, i love it to bits changed the look of the car so much Cheers man... and avatar has been done to haha sexy all round thanks micky, little ninja face is totaly how it looks! ;) lol
  7. Ta Da!... Me like rears need some new rubber soon, so some Falken 452's will probs be on the cards next
  8. can it? Lol people keep saying fuel cut but it isn't actualy fuel cut it's just a warning that you are to close to over boosting then hitting fuel cut. The light will come on just before you hit fuel cut, most might not see till after as they overboosted to quickly... But they all should come on just before you overboost. Nothing wrong with it but don't keep going full out when you see it come on.
  9. fixed... was going to do it today but been crazy busy. the front are on, but the back will have to wait till tommorow lol
  10. sneak peak of the new wheels will be on soon...
  11. shouldn't do, but thats why you would want the safc or neo to lean of the mid range. low range should be fine as they idle quire rich around 14:1, thing you dont want is it running low 11:1 by like 4k revs as that will make it quite boggy till boost comes in.
  12. erm seen a few used safc's for around £60-100 mark, just have to keep an eye out. here, tgtt, ebay etc Neo are more expensive as there newer, but have the same fuel correction as an emanage i believe... 8-or 12 point, cant remember off the top of my head lol
  13. It's not ideal but run it nice and rich, say 3bar+ fuel pressure maybe and look for around a ratio of 10:1 on the rollers and it should be ok can allways look for a cheap Apexi safc, or neo to lean of the rich patch in the middle of the boost curve.
  14. really shouldn't be running that much boost through the stock manifold. my old V made 170 at 0.7bar on stock ecu with the tong hybrid, so that mani could be causing a big restriction or pressure build up... giving lower power reading. turn the boost down, or change the mani asap would be my advice, otherwise could lead to your engine going pop!
  15. erm, what manifold have you got on it? if it's the stock then yes it's a bad idea, if it's the jperformance then it will be fine. power seems quite low for 1bar... did you get any graphs? fueling/whp?
  16. not a bad result... what boost was that at? also i had a tong hybrid and so do loooads of other on here, none of us had to space it out to get it to fit. the Jpermance mani is alright, shouldnt have a problem with that you dont need injectors, guys chatting ball unless you wanna run more then 200bhp your stock injectors are fine. but he did get the ecu bit right. either look for a plug and play ecu like Jam, Blitz etc or get an emange blue and get that mapped. Look in the traders section for Ricky@racetech, or Nick@tuningdevelopments. they will sort you out
  17. never herd anything about a hybrid ct9 needing a spacer and i had a hybrid lol, also what manni is it? as no one has asked yet as i have a horrible suspicion is might be an autobahn manifold. in which case there's no point fitting that mani. let us know what manifold you have, where did you get the hybrid ct9 from?
  18. little update... Nick hasn't got the power FC mapping up and running yet so i decided to treat myself until it gets mapped lol been looking for some new wheels for ages, and took a while to source the right size and offset (as i'm a fussy bugger) but... i found some lol, double staggered Enkei Evo RS's! they look schweet. i wont show any pics yet till there on so pic update soon
  19. i would assume so, there for the valves to seat in. only way to tell is to take them out, check the sizing and rods.
  20. Hiya mate, welcome to uksc yeah dependant on the company importing the glanza it perfectly safe. but the £3k will soon become alot more once it lands and you have to register, mot, and pay various shipping/docking taxes. unless its super modded and done to a good level i think it will be much more financially feasible to just buy an already imported one. with £3k you can pick up a pretty nice one already taxed, mot'd and road worthy. have a look at www.glanza.co.uk. he imports glanza and will be able to help or just give you advice (also view the website with firefox, not
