Won't make any difference... Well perhaps if you realy wanted to go into detail you might get an extra mile or two, but tbh it won't do bugger all. As stated your right is the best petrol saver
-
check my sig out for the old link of when i had her , took a while to get it there safely.
-
welcome to the word of HDI (or HDI copy) fmic's... mate i had no bumper left after i done my HDI fmic, and i done it with the aircon still in at the time. fook me there was nothing there by the end looking good though bud
-
yup mate was my daily drive, set up is great so will work a treat
-
Nice work Zac buddy, really nice to see your really into these cars now, glad you found such a minta (i know you were looking for agggges lol) and some super nice updates! I look forward to more neat updates on this little beatsy beast

well the natural boost curve of a turbo will drop slightly towards the limiter... and 0.02 of a bar is nothing lol. you might have a very slight leak somewhere so just go over all the vac lines and pipes which could potentially be loosing pressure. but really that lower drop is most likely natural turbo loss/ warmer weather (it's only a tiny ct9 remember lol) with the snow thing you mentioned... that could be water getting in/near the plugs causing possibly some hesitation. have you noticed any miss fire at all in the snowy weather?

one word= awesome!

indeed IMOC is probably the biggest, i'm apart of them all realy... www.imoc.co.uk wwww.mr2oc.co.uk http://tbdevelopments.com/forum/ www.mr2oc.com there the main ones... just dont expect them to be as busy and friendly as here as it wont lol. Tims forum (tb-dev) is cool and imoc there the only two i use personaly hope that helps mate

neat stuff man, yeah those fmic are a copy of hdi i believe but just seem to be pants! Apexi Power FC looks wicked.... were you getting it mapped mate?
-
x2 funny, but bored of seeing it all now
-
haha yeah been a while, new pics of the turbo set up are needed! I'm intrigued
-
I got 140 something miles in my 300+ bhp mr2 which is running seriously rich! so close to that or any lower and you must have some serious problems !! so like idrees i guess around the 150mark... i say 170.
-
Emanage Injector harness, Emanage Ignition Harness... dependant on how much boost you wanna run a 3bar map sensor.

nah havnt driven one (would have like a quick blast) but been in a few. Also been in a mates k24. That was fun just allways loved the instant power from my hybrid compared to the other tubby's
-
Personaly never been a fan of td04 starlets... I'm sure there quick but just wernt for me. I took the engine right to the edge of what was possible on the stock ecu and tbh was very impressed. Managing 170bhp on the stock ecu was madness. Boy did it shift lol. Ct9's ftw, well including the amazing hybrids enzo creates!
-
@ family car. the evo was more practical then this haha. I preferred the evo personally, but this does look quite nice and i bet it does shift some
-
definitely not recommended on a td04, you could get away with it on a ct9 and even possible a hybrid. but with the increase in boost and potential spiking boost, you need to make sure the afr's are spot on if you want your engine to last. plus with the increase in exhaust temps i would want something slightly more advanced then a basic fuel controller. but... it is an option, but personally i wouldn't run it on a td04, would if needed an a ct9 though
-
hmm thats pretty bad ... yes a bad driver but also it's wet, clearly the suspension set up isnt correct and it must have fuck all tread left on the rears to be as tail happy as that. it's worse then my mr2 haha
-
mate that's f#cking awful!! what a twat! I really hope you and your misses get better soon, and that nob head gets whats coming to him!
-

Anyone Got Anyfeed Back On.........
Glanza_cl replied to silverglanza's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
if anything to get the exhaust to pop, bang, flame etc. the map will be pretty rich so power will be down compared to what it could make on an optimum map. straight through no baffles, heat wrapped and it will be allot easier. something like a buddy club system like to pop like a little bitch. but yeah as you say ste, not really that much of an attraction . i'm getting to old to be looked at like a boy racer. leave pop and bangs to the group A/B rally cars -

it's because they've got so cheap! back in the day they cost a bomb for such an old car, but now there 2 a penny , kinda one of the reasons i moved away. i like unique as stated though... your options are flamer kit, or straight through exhaust, with some nice boost and a dirty rich map lol -
I thought the advance was just a limited version with styling differences and some neat momo extra inside.
