  1. you know it, being short is were it's at Yo!
  2. wow why is everyone so tall on here i'm only 5ft 8... man i feel small haha
  3. just going against the rest here lol, i didn't like my Nur Spec the sound for me was far to deep (like shit your pants deep) i would have much preferred a Hi power and just taken out all the silencers and made that straight through. still don't get me wrong super nice exhaust fitment wise, good flow and power just didn't like the sound... plus every single glanza/gt has one dependant on what part is rusting you could just get a new section made up?? i.e go to an exhaust fabricators and get a straight through center section made to replace the rusting one type thing? might be cheaper plus th
  4. ah havnt looked in here for a while, that proper sucks mark buddy still these things happen, least you got another engine in and running and should all be good. as stated will be long trying to get compensation back from the garage but definitely dont give up on it. such shit mechanics shouldn't be allowed near cars!!
  5. so what now we have reached the end
  6. haha got to be in the know to make a sweet ride cheers though mate, updates should be soon
  7. yeah will see what time brings got a few routes i could take but right now i'm happy with the set up and once mapped it will be mint! future routes i might take are... keep going get some 800cc injectors then a bigger turbo set up, maybe a stage 2 hybrid or i would love an externally gated GT28 from Tim at TB Dev. dependant on how much boost/power i want maybe get some forged pistons and uprate the head gasket then run around 370-400bhp stock rods should hold and the block will be fine. hmmm lots of decisions but choice of turbo would be my big choice i guess.
  8. Yup pissed me right off! But oh well I will get it sorted and looking sweet again I payed 450 pounds delivered to my door that includes the ecu, commader and the extention cable to run the commander into the cabbin and as they cost 750/800 new I think that was a dam good price as it's almost new. Been ofered a turbo technic stage 2 hybrid but think I will have to turn it down as funds won't allow at the moment

  10. looking super nice but that exhaust is well tucked under your bumper... why is it so far back?? they usually sit out a couple of cm/inches from the bumper to expel heat, and the odd flame haha
  11. looks pretty tidy mate, nice little base to start from... totally not liking the shopping list down the side that's awful lol rims looking good, and loving the snow mustache
  12. well havnt had much time to update my thread few bits have gone on some good some not so good... the bad first Some fucktard decided to scrap past my car in a uni car park... nothing to major but just means i have to get it touched up at some point rear exhaust bracket snapped a while ago so exhaust has been hanging low, my alternator has also been on the blink for a while... but that leads me onto some good things my mr2 is now in the garage getting all fixed and running sweet again. plus got this new neat bit of kit for an absolute BARGAIN! lol time for a remap me think, aiming for
  13. i definitely think reflet lights are the way forward, would match the style, but also make the back just that bit more modern looking. the clear 98spec lights i just don't think would match it somehow not sure why lol
  14. yeah completely agree mate, i spent an absolute fortune on mine and didn't actually end up with much power at all, it's a super mint car and have watched it come together over the time i'v been on here/tgtt. just if i had £7k in my hand i'm not sure i would go for it considering whats out there for 7K, but i suppose it's down to personal preference. someone might see it and be like 'i have to have that!!'
  15. looking miiiint! such a nice V you got and i'v probably said it before haha... just simple but super clean and still gives a shock to unsuspecting people, just how a glanza should be.
  16. fooking nice! but £7K I mean it's nice but at the end of the day it's only a GT £7K could get you a hell of a nicer car.
  17. mate there such an old car now and super cheap that i think it will be almost impossible to find an almost stock GT, possible for a glanza as there a tad more modern and are still being imported... but personally i dont think you will find one. there is nothing wrong with a modded GT makes your life easier believe me!... there are some mint ones out there is basic stage 1 mods, they will be your best bet to go for mate.
  18. that's a long old route for the HKS bov haha, you'l probably get some compressor surge with the line so long but that doesn't matter to much, it sounds better anyway lol. nice work mate, it's looking mint! next up should be a good ebc, get adjusting that boost and will help with any creep in this cold weather
  19. I swear there used to be a chat option on the old site... don't know about now it's been updated.
  20. what is it revving too?? looks around 10+ on the rev gauge? that must be running some extensive, valves and springs. with good head work. nice either way very nice and looks like it shifts!
  21. twin scroll is the way forward lol, mint setup. once thats all forged that thing will be insane! but as stated... sound cliiiip! haha
  22. hahaha... ahh great stuff, facebook rape??? nah it's all about UKSC rape now
  23. well you have answered your own question in your last sentence. your boosting more as the RX7 tmic will draw in more air. if you go into the AVCR options you need to find the duty cycle, that's what you change to alter the boost... you cant just enter a number like 0.8bar type thing. i'v got one but has been a while since i set it up so cant help much. someone else might be able to divulge more info into it but right now i cant remember lol. also your engine warning light will come on just before you hit fuel cut, so if you see that appear back off the throttle. 0.88 is quite alot for the s
  24. unless you are going to run like 1.2bar plus its going to be very laggy! mr2's run with the ct20's i have one on my mr2 pushing 303bhp. still even on my mr2 i dont get full boost till around 3-3.5k so that might tell you something haha. making a ct9/ ct12 hybrid would be more beneficial... i cant think of any benefits out of ct12/ ct20. you either have a big intake side with the ct12 exhaust or the other way round ct12 intake and the larger ct20 exhaust housing. it's been done though i'm sure there are plenty of ct12 hybrids that's have been done... try a google search see what you get.
  25. i done the the whole White on black on my V with rota grids... looked mint, but ahh my i hated cleaning the buggers. at the end of the day if you dont like them once you get them, just put them up for sale again or swap... people will want them. then with the money get new ones
