  1. That's what i thought with the engine code, didn't want to say incase I had it wrong. I think I'll contact Buddyclub and see what they have to say.
  2. Thanks guys I think your right as i was planning on going with the Meisters in the future. Had a look on RHDjapan and Buddyclub list the ep85 on their coilovers but the engine code is 4a-fe, would these maybe fit?
  3. I've got standard shocks with Apex springs on the rear, but i want to go a bit lower. Anyone know where I can get some Zoom rear springs?
  4. Brought it in Jan this year, most will be looking for decat pipes as that gives it away. That's if they can be bothered to look.
  5. A visual CAT check is part of the test now. So if your car had a CAT and you've removed it, they will fail it. (If they spot it)
  6. What's your cars date of first use?
  7. This, and will the front and rear sway bars fit?
  8. Also the early evo's may have been lighter, but they suffered greatly with the dreaded crankwalk. For a decent one look at 5 onwards and go the the RS models.
  9. Got plenty of torque, but I feel part of it might be the turbo. It was a new hybrid that had just come out and never been on a 4e so was a bit of a gamble. What I might do when everythings sorted is chuck the old standard td04 back on and see what we get.
  10. OK, a bit earlier then I said but just got the results of the mapping sent to me and if I'm honest not over the moon with it. The cars got a couple of issues now with gear oil leaking from somewhere and it's overheated twice on idle, but I'll see my mapper and the car tomorrow and see what's going on. Here's the graph;
  11. I'll have some figures weekend, when it's all finished.
  12. My 4e-fte optional extra MOMO steering wheel. Dropped the car off for mapping this morning and feeling a little bit nervous. Will be picking it back up saturday and can then drive it for the first time in anger. Then let the fun begin.
  13. Total waste of money, unless your in competition and will be virtually undriveable as a road car. Plus your need to strip it down and service it on a regular basis.
  14. Don't know about your gauge, but everything else seems about right.
  15. I've got a Helix, great clutch just slightly heavier pedal then the Exedy. Really good in traffic and no judder etc when pulling away.
  16. Find a good used one will be your best bet, otherwise RHDjapan might still sell them. But whatever clutch you use when going big on power, you will compromise the driveability.
  17. Shame it's not happening during the day, I would've come down.
