  1. Hey Phil mate I agree with Sparky! Go with your own flow, thats the whole point of customising your car right ;b It don't hurt to ask others opinions tho, its up 2u at the end of the day and its not about £££ either just getting the right style and size to suit you. Fair play for not wanting to go jap and also not worrying about comprimising speed for style as you want 17"s! As you know I have 15" non-jap alloys myself, altho at the time I wanted light weight or polished lip but in the end I went for something that really suited the car. It will be cool to hold
  2. Hey I still need a few more ideas that anyone can come up with ;b Its a shame she is not already slammed... I am still thinking just to get the damaged one refurbed because it has to be repaired anyway... Peace Out Joz
  3. Thanks Lobo Nicely done. I would like to see a more convincing white as you say ;b And yes Sparky I may have the highest starlet of them all lol. Thats why Im shoppin around for suspension too. I think the last pic looks class, cheers for slammin it bro. Can't thank you enough. Gives me a much better picture of what I want done If I decide to do all 4! Any other recommendations or colours would be awesome, red??? I am swaying towards the white but if it looks naff plz say so ;b Peace Out Joz
  4. Finally got the glue off from the bump strips, makes the car have more noticeable lines and a bit more flush Not gonna take any new pics til I finish getting my front strut brace painted and fit the new ngk iridiums and trd spark plug leads. Also might be gettin my wheels done, rather than splash out £200 on new alloys why not get them painted? What would I do with the old ones anyway hehe! Unfortuantely I had to cancel the Apexi Power Intake from funky due to it taking more than 6 weeks but they have top comms and gave me a full refund, just to let people know its the exact same
  5. Hi All I never thought it would happen but yea I finally kerbed my alloys, well only a little anyways. I don't really want to travel far to get them refurbed and I found the same place that done my tte spoiler can do my wheels too. £50 beans to get 1 wheel refurbed and £150 for 4 + any colour under the sun which is very tempting. Before you ask the damge is to the front passenger side and it is not that bad really but I want to get it fixed for peace of mind. It would be terrific is someone could photoshop the colour of my alloys to matt black, white and pearl white if pos
  6. Also Eric... Take the head unit out whereever you go even if its outside your own house and never leave it on view when you're not in the car. Hope you get thing sorted soon Peace Joz
  7. Hey Johnny-C Welcome to the UK Starlet Club! Good to see you on here! & Good luck with the turbo lump. Thats quality work done to your n/a! Peace Out Joz
  8. Thats well out of order mate! Hate to see this happen! Hope you get everything back to normal soon Eric! No one deserves this especially on this forum! What goes around, comes around and those mofos have sumthin coming their way very very @#*%! soon! Its important to invest in a small alarm system right now... Take Care Buddy!!! Good luck to everyone too, keep your cars under your watchful eyes! Peace Out Joz
  9. Same here lol ;b Always a few furry items in my college carpark. Think Pink NOT! Those Sparcos are nice tho and are definitely not the worst I've seen ;b Pink Lips anybody? Peace Out Joz
  10. I heard it over the phone Bilal when I was talkn to rmsnoel LOL! Sounded like a tuned motorbike! Peace Joz
  11. Cheers Bilal! Finally removed the bump strips with a hairdryer! Only thing now is to get rid of the old glue which is an absolute @!$% to remove I know a lot of people have removed theirs so some glue removing tips would be great! I got the buffer out and tested it but it looked way too harsh as I think ours is dodgy lol, used tar remover but that sorta bonded the glue together even tighter. Any tips at all would be great to remove the gluey stuff without causing any damage to the paintwork! Minimum elbow grease required ;b Can't take any new pics til this is done. Also Apexi power
  12. Wasup Gaz I think the 4 spoke wheels would be different. I don't think many people have them and would make your car more unique, I have a red ep91 and would love to have alloys with red lip! But it would be cool to see a pic of a gt with a set of them on to see what they look like. your mud flaps rule, get a new set on if you get the chance. Good luck with your choice. Peace Out Joz
  13. Wasup Jon That car looks really nice and tidy. Also sounds like the engine bay has not been modded, so it would be all your own work if you decide to... Bucket seats and aftermarket alloys Very Low mileage for a '94 too. I would at LEAST check it out for sure. If you think it will outshine your current car and you get a fair deal on the p/a then why not? Good Luck with your decision. Peace Out Joz
  14. Wasup Bilal Good to hear your still driving a toyota ;b Good luck with whichever car you decide to choose Both are gonna be more expensive to run than the good ol n/a tho Met the owner of your old black sr but he didn't drive it up with him lol. I'm still having fun with my n/a always. Hope to see more of ya on the site while you are in this transition period to your next project. Laters dude Peace Joz
  15. @davehart Not to worry mate, I will let ya know exactly what lowering suspension setup I get. I have been deciding for months what to get, but I know its gonna happen and will be more than worth the wait... Good luck with finding your alloys. @enzo Thanks Geo mate, I am trying my best with limited resources over here ;b I will get sum new pics up soon... Cool, give us a buzz after 10.30, will be workin til then! Peace All Joz
  16. Hi All Another small update. Front Strut Brace fitted but may take it off to get painted. It really does make the front part of the chassis more sturdy and you feel much more confident in cornering like at 70-80mph ;b Less Flex is right! Would love a rear strut brace too. Also got rear SR parcel shelf discreetly wired up and works a treat, enough to please my ears. TRD Spark Plug Wires are on their way from Japan. Will prob get some NGK Iridiums to compliment them. Lowering suspension will now definitely be adj shocks and quality lowering springs. Got some reliable sources looking out f
  17. OK Lol I had a hard time removing the panels so I decided to be 'fly' and re-wired from the head unit Nothing was working for me with the skirting etc and there were no screws to remove the front panels in my car... I really wanted to get that loom. Anywayz main thing is I now have the SR parcel shelf speakers working now and they sound pretty good for oem ones, shelf cost me 15 beans from good ol rmsnoel, speakers and all. Pretty chuffed, but sound could be much better. Thanks for everyones advice. And yeah, that loom is elusive but still around there sumwhere lol. Peace Out Joz
  18. Hi Shaun mate! I was talking to mc_chu today. He does do them but the price including shipping would be dear about $300! And they only fit on glanza bumpers, not n/a bumpers unfortunately for me ;b I take it your front lip is already paid for from icetronix? Peace Out Joz
  19. @Shelly_Star That L K!!! _________ Looks too Peugeoutghy to me. I would go 4 a glanza/suv bumper & glanza or bomex style skirts & get a nice front splitter kitwise... Peace Joz
  20. Cheers mate! Still ain't had a chance to check it out. Bloody snowing around these parts Will let you know once I get it sorted. You really have to be careful not to rip any of the plastic skirting apart lol. Peace Out From Joz
  21. Awesome dials mate! Totally impressed! Keep up the good work! Peace From Joz
  22. Hi Craig Thanks for that! I will check it out in daylight 2morrow! So I take it I will need additional speaker wire to wire it up to the loom? I made the mistake of disassembling the whole rear drivers side panels lol. I knew there was a loom as many people mentioned it. Also thanks to Phil, I know you can hook it up to the jacks at the back of the head unit but this loom really does exist ;b Will let you know how I get on. Cheers for the ICE info Peace From Joz
  23. Hi All I have tried to look for this wiring loom that is meant to be in the rear side of the car where the car jack is etc. Really need advice in how to wire up the rear speakers on the parcel shelf as I want some rear sounds for the moment before I invest in amps etc. I just got a sr parcel shelf with speakers off rmsnoel and need to wire the speakers up asap. Any advice would be great and a step by step would be even better, Im havin a nightmare finding this loom as I took the whole rear right panel off, and ended up empty handed. My mate had no clue either lol! Simple thing I know but
  24. Happy 20th mate Have a Great Day From Joz
