  1. No worries dude :harhar: My mistake on thinking their repair centre is UK based. Its still quite decent that they offer 1 year warranty on anything going wrong within 30k. Cheap replacement parts too. I'm pretty sure Enzo or any UK rep can get you the replacement parts from them. At the end of they day you're getting a decent product for your money ;) Joz
  2. You can now get a set of Meisters at the special price of £549 delivered (limited numbers) so I wouldnt pass up the opportunity mate. True other brands such as Tein have had more R&D into their products but to me at the end of the day the Meisters have been developed for UK roads and existing owners are really happy with them. This means keeping with the dramatic improvements in handling whilst retaining everyday comfort, allowing camber adjustment, many levels of dampening and of course lowering adjustment. What more could you want??? I've been on Tanabe coilovers for the past two years and they are a pain as they were designed for Jap roads, the spring rates were pretty low at 4k front, 6kg rear but that still mean bugger all to the actual comfort of the ride. To be honest mate if you are serious about improving your ride I wouldnt hesitate to get a set as they sound the best choice out of what is available today and affordable too. If budget is an issue for you then I'd go for just lowering springs but they won't make your standard shocks last that long or improve handling that much. At the end of the day think about what you really want for your ep, coiilovers would be an investment. New kyb special shocks (import) or Konis would cost you just as much once you adds springs onto them and buying second hand they are hard to find and who knows how long they'll last? You also won't be able to lower evenly. Meister also have a uk based repair service. Lots of pluses. I'm in for a set as we speak and I'm really looking forward to them. Hope this helps. Joz
  3. I feel your pain dude. Nothing worse than some third rate scum messing with your pride and joy. Karma will get them mate. Please be careful where you post tho bro. Peace Joz
  4. Thats very sad news indeed Geo. Looks like we would have missed the chance to see them if we went last year.
  5. I've caught the EP bug again so on the hunt for a replacement heartbeat. Its good to be back on uksc. Joz
  6. I'd sell my unfinished prototypes... Best 2 mani's you can buy Joz
  7. Bear in mind the obx will also be a bigger bore @2" and will need some minor grinding/shaving on the flange end to fit snugly. Its a good affordable 4-2-1 tho that makes a nice change to the usual drive after 4k revs or so. I loved mine. Joz
  8. Please check here for more 5EFTE info. There is some more work involved. Joz
  9. Wow sooo freaking long without an update lol... Typing from Bath Uni here Im staying n/a folks for good now as Im saving for an extended holiday in Japan I have fitted an FTE inlet and it gives my 5E what the rolla mani was lacking, very happy with it I've also had the chu ganadors colour coded, will get pics once Im back in Ireland. Just need to get the EMU wiring tidied and then remapped by Chris Carson. Enzo if you are up for it you are welcome man (give you a shout later mukker), but Im going regardless:) Peace to all Joz

  13. I know I've been away guys but all I can voice to all our members is that UKSC will continue to do what it does best and that's to feed your EP hunger and bring all enthusiasts closer together with no strings attached. Remember we ALL make the site and all your support is much appreciated. Much more to come from us that's for sure Peace Joz
  14. Take a look yourself mate toyo diy Joz
  15. I may be up for selling my hotshot 4-1 sometime soon Jim. Joz
  16. Double sided foam wont be any good as it can be quite weak and easy steal-able. I would get it slightly smoothed into the rear bumper for a cleaner fit, when fitted normally it wont be as flush. Here is how mine looks bro: http://s79.photobucket.com/albums/j148/Sta...nt=DSCF3075.jpg Joz
  17. I've just been busy with graduation and other matters but the project will continue soon. A big change of heart but I think it will be worth it. Peace All Joz
  18. Hey Dan Im on hols so just got your message. Ignore the late reply. If Enzo says its April then Im afraid thats the only time positions will be available. All the best. Joz
  19. The 4EFTE inlet mani will fit with some modifications such as the blocking of un needed vaccum lines, removal of the vacuum log that comes with it and a few other things (angle grinding of throttle cable holding area). The 4EFTE throttlebody will not fit because it has completely different sensors. Joz
  20. You are correct Alex The rear anti roll bar is the same fitment for the N/A also. Drilling holes into the rear axle is needed. Joz
  21. 4EFE ecu will run the 5EFE in a starlet fine. It will run you lean higher up but is safe. Ideally you want the 5EFE ecu in there and it is a key transponder issue. Make sure to use your old 4EFE throttlebody as it has the correct sensors, the 5EFE one has different ones. Good luck with the conversion and hope you feel a refreshing difference. Keep us updated on your progress Joz
  22. Give it a shot Rob if you fancy attempting to using it in the future. I'd say it would be 90% plug and play. Its just hard to say when both looms are so similar, there will be small differences and you may come across some problems, sortable of course. N/A ftw anyways Peace Joz
