Getting Horrendous MPG any suggestions?
Ryan-11 replied to euanTbone96's topic in Ignition & Fueling
i once got 140 miles to a full tank, all motorway driving too possibly need a new lambda sensor? when was the last time it had a good service? -
if u just use a jack it will make it worse, it will just push all the damage up into the car, hammer from the outside and hold a block of wood on the inside, u may also need to do it the other way round too, hammering it wont make it weaker, i work in a body shop, thats how i would repair it!
-
easy enough to fix, get someone on the inside to hold a block of wood against the floor while you smack the outside with a hammer, continue to do this till its all flat then underseal, job done!
-
x2 im not into fishing but this is awesome! some of the fish are unreal
-
A lot of body shops wont touch anything that someone else has prep'd, price all depends on what the damage is like, you'll obviously gona pay more if there is alot of damage as it will take longer to repair, also any decent body shop will be able to match the colour.

he sold it to a member on here

Gary showed me a vid of it getting grabbed and throwing into the scrap heap, heartbreaking, i had a lot of man hours in that shell
-
it got scrapped
-
i done 25k on my old engine before it dropped a valve, some people were running 2 bar on standard headbolts back in the day before you could get arp headbolts
-
having a decent job that pays well and still living with your mum and dad helps! no way could i afford to do it now! lol
-
Yeah my work wont touch anything that someone else has prepped, you'd b £1500+ from my work aswell!
-
mines is pretty much like glanza-ben's, share it with a couple of mates
-
I dont like the gt kit either, its been done to death and kinda looks a bit "chav" (like most bodykits for gt/glanza's) i think
-
Lets be honest here.... the whole kit is awful, imo of course!
-
yeah off the road for winter but ive just bought a house so i dont think it will be on the road this year
