have u tryed skimming the face of the manifold? u could try porting the wastegate see if that stops the boost creep.

wow this is an awesome build, how did u find the speedvision cams for timing up? theres a few of us over on tgtt that are having problems, also theres a few people (including me) that have had problems with the valve springs.

i had a 1.2 corsa b, it was the cheapest car i could get insurance on

ive not got any pics mate, but its fairly easy to do, just mock build it up off the car first, that way when u got to fit it u know where all the pipes go

you will need a deep 30mm socket or the hub nut **EDIT** just seen this is an old thred lol
