in australia if you pre ordered it, you got the limited edition one, and also got like 4 other codes to input for other DLC goodies

i would likely be keen pending time frame????
-
most have self calibration while the motor is off, so it reads just plain air.... but some u need to do the calibration on the unit itself, with the motor off, and some do it automatically when u turn it on...
-
not everywhere has to do MOT testing, in australia i think only 2 states require that kind of testing every year, where i live, the only time u get that kind of going over, is when u are selling or buying a car, or if the police suspect your car is very illegal and they put your car over the pits at the DOT, if it gets that far, you know your screwed though lol

why do people always "gift" money on pay pal???? if u get jibbed after doing that, clearly u are as much to blame.... the fees are there for a reason, pay it or risk loosing your money, simple i know its the principle of it all, but cmon, if they are saying to gift the money to me that just looks suss as hell, unless they are an actual friend or u know them as a very very well trusted seller, dont do it, simple

the first start us was pretty much no noise, but i started it, gave it a few revs, set the boost at 20psi and took it for an absolute thrashing down the highway, 40 000km later not a single issue

u know, being a dickhead american, it certainly wouldnt surprise me...... its a driving time bomb though lol that wiring is well, i have no words lol

who is currently using ITB`s on aN/A ???
starlet666 replied to the quiet achiever's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
big part of it running different will be the temps we get here in aus too bud, but running itb's u will always have trouble with vac lines and a lack of vac to run a map sensor also, so it will be reading a lower amount of vac and over fuel it straight up -
i would say something is a little out, i have wiseco (although custom C/R) and scat combo, and mine slaps a tiny bit for about 30 seconds to maybe a minute from dead cold start.... and mine was built fairly loosely to cope with 10 000rpm and 30+ psi

holy crap, your laws are technical..... over here we have 2 grades of write offs, statutory write off (not allowed to be repaired, but can be used for anything else) and repairable writeoffs (repairable but outweighs the cost of a replacement car) other than that, its fixable and must be repaired

yer i have only used turbosmart and tial, both great brands with good support, and as stated above, dont buy it if it seems too good to be true, cause it probably is... personally i would go turbosmart's new compact 40mm one over anything else, watercooling a wastegate doesnt matter imo they have worked fine until now, so why change???

ahh man, its not all bad if the bad times were more than the good... i broke up with my missus after 6 years 2gether, was the hardest thing i ever done, considering we still see each other all the time with other people... and to top it off, we both do roller sports (she is a figure skater and i play inline hockey) and we both make state and national squads and end up having to travel together alot cause comps are in the same cities around the same times and stuff i was going through a rough patch with a huge medical issue at the time, and have regretted leaving her ever since, its been abou

nice looking saloon??? what subaru are u looking at??? the sedan wrx looks like an old kia rio as for too many??? i thought they were a fairly limited thing??? i know they only bought like 100 to australia so i thought theu must of been someone of special edition car :/ and being the 2nd turbo focus to come to come to our country, they are pretty impressive to say the least

ants gold gt in aus had them and didnt scrub that bad at all but he had 205's or even 195's stretched on them too
-
your still better off with a rear sway bar then heavier springs in the back, heavy springs would make it a pig to drive
-
iddy's one is 16x8 +10's they fit under a gt with small amount of rolling, glanza looks like needed more work than the gt though
-
yer i seen it a while ago and was having a laugh, they are like ohh my god!! sick ferrari and then turn away for the RX7 before the ferrari has gone hahahaha i love batmobile shape rx7's though, anyone who doesnt needs a good punch in the jaw they are a timeless shaped car, they will always look beautiful

defz the toms bar if u have factory aero skirts and rear pods, or the toms ones, but if not, i say the OEM fitted bar and lip.... if u go the OEM style, let me know the price u wish to on sell the genuine toms bar for, because i want another genuine one soooo badly.... i got run off the road over a year ago and cant even source a genuine one through a toyota dealer or anything

having a gutted cat is a sure fire way to fail cause of emissions, because the cat takes the bad stuff out of it, thats why when u run a car too rich with a cat converter it fouls up and falls apart, because its lifespan has been shortened by a large amount. in australia, every car manufactured after 1986 i think it is came out with a cat converter, and if u are found driving a car with no cat in it, the fine can be up to 10 000 dollars... its so bad, but so many people run the risk, i have taken mine out of the starlet because mine runs on race gas (leaded fuel) at the track, and leaded fu

i was meaning a completely standard evo x or latest subaru, u cant compare a modded evo or rex against a stock focus RS, and standard the RS shits all over both of them... the evo looks nice, the rs looks better, the subaru looks like a modded kia rio so it looks horrid, and as someone else stated, they handle so well... unless u have driven one hard u have no idea at how nice they actually go but that is a modded car,so cant really put it in the same league as the RS, and it looks like poo, i hate the new subaru's with a passion, they just dont look that nice anymore, the RS is a sporty 2
-
until the rs caught up and made the suby and evo's look slow.... the RS is damn fast in a straight line once u get power to the ground, i truly was amazed at just how fast it really was

i gotta admit, these things werent originally even going to be sold here in australia, and then ford bought something like 100 of them here to sell, they took a while to sell them and i almost bought one, i took it for a test drive (they wouldnt let u take it for a test unless u had the money to actually buy one too) and i would say it is easily the most fun totally standard car i have ever driven, and i have driven alot of really quick sporty cars from v8 supercharged holdens (vauxall VXR8 kinda cars) all the way through to ferrari's and lambos.... it just had some odd appeal that made me w

Whiteline RARB Fixed or Adjustable??
starlet666 replied to cazzac2222's topic in Chassis & Suspension
adjustable is the best one mate, that way u can set it to suit your personal driving style.... i had mine on soft when i got it, then went to medium and now im on hard, i find it handles so much better on hard, but for the sprint meets i go to, i set it on soft, to give it a little more roll -

starlet666 replied to scottyglanza's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
