if you pull it gently from the bottom it should unclip..then it unhooks from the top if you lift it up iirc

My one is like the first pic..its handy as it tells you if it is locked/unlocked, if its triggered and why etc. I wouldn't buy it just for the screen though

You can get them from halfords aswell if you need it asap PC2-17-4 they are about 2quid on ebay though
