the PAS pump is on a pivot, just adjust that to tighten.

At the airfield speedrun, i had 158 on the GPS in mine, but that was at 8500 rpm/limiter. the stock box with stock limiter wont do more than about 145 i dont think. most starlets run out of puff way before then anyway.
