  1. and phil can be out little 3some HO we rent out every friday night for a bit of fun. dress him up in jap school girl uniform , et voila proper JDM i tell you
  2. 200hp isnt exactly pushing standard internals, your not exactly going to be driving everyday on full boost are you? theres people running hks roller bearing turbos on standard internals, now thats what you call pushing it. full boost daily driver, what a waste of fuel i think
  3. would any body else be interested in a starlet made to measure cover?
  4. we know you do gaz, you want to live in japland and have beautifull japanese babys with me
  5. there JAP cars, not EURO God dammit >_<
  6. wastegate flutter? you mean turbo stall all these people with turbos who claim they flutter makes me laugh, because its the air reversing through the turbo causing it to momentarily stall. and make a chattering noise. any way lol baileys are fine, bit quiet for my liking though. they sell baileys kits on ebay. i personally love the sound of my blitz supersound bov, and i also like the quick dump noise that the hks bov's make. they both sound immense in my opinion. i wouldnt personally buy a cheap copy that you might see on websites / auctionsites due to poor quality parts used. go for
  7. Joz, does this mean i find out top secret and confidential information now? like in the x-files ??
  8. they look damn smart for the price mate. i liek the lip sticker
  9. you buy an arch rolling tool, to get a smooth line. it bolts onto the hub, and you extend it to the desired length, then turn the crank on the hub, thus pushing "rolling" your arch lip. BUT why would you want to do that unless your getting like 9" drag wheels lol bit pointless ?
  10. 2.5 inch is plenty unless your going for a 5e lump. 3" system with the 4e lump will mean mega loss of back pressure, things will start leaking and you WILL lose some torque. as ecks said, only go 3" if your going for mega power.
  11. lol niceone especially if some one asks "whats your favourite scary movie?"
  12. mate, look in the technical section, i put a little guide in there how to sort the boost restriction out easy and no money needed lol
  13. piggy back + a quality hybrid ct9 + rrfpr + fmic + fuel pump + injectors + actuator would be ideal for your target. im aiming at 200, merely for reliability and the fact i dont want to splash out on forged internals quite yet due to wanting a respray my hybrid will be capable of 1.3bar and 220hp. if your after a hybrid check out my hybrid post in forsale section
  14. what design are you looking for mate? gaz is a wiz at illustrator, check his sig out. if you want a photoshopped one then tell me what youd like and ill try and help when i have spare 5minutes
  15. they can be extremely quick, and weight comparison is quite close to a glanza. both have shite turbos standard, but the glanza haas a stronger engine. plus japanese reliability unless you tune to silly power. ie: anything over 200hp and its going to start going downhill in my opinion. both nippy cars, never raced one, and would like to see how these both are head to head on a strip or track.
  16. if its in bad condition ie yellowing , g3 rubbing compound all over with a buffer. that will get any imperfections out as well as cutting back to a fresh white. not to heavy handed with that though as it cuts easily. then id personally suggest the meg's gold class 3stage system, one removes bugs and slightly cuts. 2nd is a pure polish and the 3rd is a canuba wax, which smells of bananas yum do that once every couple of months, then between them full on waxings, generally clean it using a quality shampoo and then wax it with meg's tech wax, amazing stuff as its a liquid wax and doesnt p
  17. im assuming the intake housing (pictured) is a ct9a item, but with different internals .. due to it saying toyota ct9, where as ep91 turbos just say toyota on them. the intake mating holes for the exhaust housing are identical, so it would be a case ot unbolt your exhaust housing and bolt onto this one. and about your price, £12? this looks very much like a t2 wheel to me with the fin layout. that price is silly. make more sensible offers and i may let this go. if not im going to purchase a standard shagged ct9, use the exhaust housing and sell it on that way.
  18. love the lime green rim dude. nice thouch.
  19. there should be a sensor near your airfilter, with a 2wired plug connected, and 2 vacum hoses going into it, try disconnecting the sensor plug and see if it still makes the clicking.
  20. okay, update.. got my ct9b off today. and my conclusion is that its definately got a different comp wheel fitted. make me an offer, ill get more pictures of it up.
  21. does it click a little louder when you get the revs up slightly?
  22. wouldnt give anything of mine to kwik-fit gimps, they will end up burning a hole through it lol thats if theyve even advanced enough to have learnt how to weld i only thought they could change wheels meow!
  23. ill tell for sure later today when my ct9b is off (sunday).. im sure this has been bored out, as the inlet looks rather thin walled.. also theres 12fins?! most hybrids ive seen only have 10-11 fins max. its missing the exhaust(wastegate) housing so if you were to buy it ecks, you would need to mate it to yours. not a big job though as you know. ill get mine off totally today... and compare, thats if i can see through the thick oil residues due to shagged seals my poory ct9b has oil dripping into the decat lol not healthy
