  2. as ecksjay said, more than likely a vacume leak. tighten all your intercooler hoses mate.
  3. what ever you do mate, dont fit the actuator and set the mbc to say, a bar. because if you get a boost spike you could seriiusly damage your engine.. allways set a mbc to a lower setting. as a safeguard should run sweet
  4. that gauge reads in bar matey same as my blitz one. it will have the inlet manifold take off, but i dunno about the hollow bit at the top.. on my one, theres a threaded bolt, with a nut and grub screw... you wind that in or out and lock the nut on it, and it adjusts the bov volume. im guessing its to tighten the spring up inside.so you get a softer quieter noise or a sharper, louder pitched noise.. check its not got a thread inside mate, as i personally havent ever owned a hks bov.. just an idea mate

  6. whats the yellow one with black rims? looks like a gt body, but it doesnt have gt or glanza lamps... confuddled?
  7. im pretty sure youd be able to get it up to fte power specs, with some money put into the 4efe lump mate. its just a case of , would you rather spend tons of cash gettin it up to turbo power, or just sae the cash and get a conversion or buy a gt or glanza etc. if you want a sleeper, turbo a 4efe, or a conversion is the way to go. they wont see you comming
  8. just about low enough looks nice and clean mate, well done. now itll piss down and ruin your hard work lol allways happens
  9. my stock actuator isnt holding boost very well at all now. fine with just a filter but with the fmic, filter, decat, manifold and a couple other little bits it hits peak boost, then slowly drops and drops. so yeah your best off having one if your going to be boosting anything higher than standard. as jay said, get an uprated item, as well as having either a mbc or electronic bc to give you more control

  12. yeah you really have. make sure when you pick a bodyshop , you ask them politely if every now and again you can pop in to check out there work. dont just rely on them being shit hot painters. any prepping you can do yourself will allways save you a penny or two at the bodyshops

  15. just get some 1200 grit wet and dry and sand it down, relaquer it. then cut it with rubbing compound ;)

  20. looks stunning rich matey. the wheels your talking about, would they be my old jdm rims ? if so, what color you doing them ? if i had a white glanza, id have to go for black spokes with a polished lip. pure jap stylee ;)
