right, update on my problem lol.. all intercooler pipes are tight, which i allready knew. i got the car into the workshop at work today, jacked the car up and got it going at 60mph, and theres no noise. dropped it down, and put it on the rolling road, and its there, which means the noise is only there when theres pressure on the wheels. so im guessing the bearings are shot. new question lol, are the 96 ep91 wheel bearings sealed, or can i strip them and regrease them ? im thinking ones either shot, or running dry and making the vibrating noise, humming kinda thing.. i may be wrong again,

oh and by the way, in the months j-tuner magazine, on page 50, the JAE report page, theres a small photo of shelly and her car

anything over 40mph i get a loud humming/vibrating noise comming from the engine bay, i can feel a vibration through the pedals, and when i press the clutch down its still there. the vibration gets worse faster i go, and the feeling through the clutch pedal gets worse when its pressed down 3/4's. i dont think its anything to do with the gearbox, but i may be wrong.. ' any one got any ideas on what to check ? im going to check my driveshafts, pipework etc make sure its all tight, but i doubt ill find any thing

free advertisement dave, you love it ;) -
you can buy heat shrinkable wrap film, probably what that is. just use a heat gun and it moulds around the shapes.

good choice mate. expensive but worth it. there the largest intercooler you can fit without tons of hassle. you'll have to lose the front brace though, and you will have to line the bumper up when the coolers fitted, mark the holes for the intercooler elbows, and trim the bumper. weapon of choice is a grinder lol i also shifted my plate to the side next to the fog lamp, and cut out the backing where it used to sit. only downside to the blitz kits is that the hardpipes are painted silver, not polished. unless your kit comes with a different pipe kit. get rid of the old frying pan "interwarm -
joz man, im loving the glanza skirts and spoiler, definately makes it look a ton meaner, and youve matched the splitters up very well. it all fits together perfectly. very impressed, and how clean is it mate, feel free to come round and clean mine like that haha, i cleaned mine today but cudnt be assed to chamois or wax it so its streak galore lol. cant remember who said about the trd logo flaps, but that would set it off. make them stand out more. whats the plans next bro?

You WONT hit a fuel cut with just a decat and manifold mate. I can vouch for that.

What actuator you got enzo ?i might be picking up a hks one from sumopower weekend. what are you setting yours at mate?

good work mate, looks like a nice finish, hope youve laquered it too

classic is the way forward, eh ecksjay

as tinman said, you get a saw, cut ever inch or so of the inner arch lip and fold them in on themselfs. gives you another inch ish or clearence for wider rims if your gonna be scraping the tarmac.alltho you shouldnt need to cut the arch , its a very easy job. takes a bit of care though . go for the 15's man, there the way forward. literally. jdm

lol sounds like a plan mate. if i had a n/a id probably sort out the air induction, leads, plugs, corolla throttlebody , maybe a magnex exhaust because they allways give a nice power gain etc... or jus save the cash for the turbo conversion. be different and supercharge it rotrex stylee

id have thought only a couple/few ... N/A with some back pressure = good N/A with a decat and totally free flowing exhaust = bad its not as important to have a decat on a n/a as it is with a turbo matey. you may gain a couple but it wouldnt really be worth it in my opinion. Should defo be louder though.

lol oh right, i was going to say looked like you had a head on collision with a tram lol
