Assuming you don't know what settings/map is on your emb I'd definately unplug it, standard ecu will cope fine. Hopefully you have a field harness do you can just unplug it and it's not hard wired!

Run it at .6 on the standard ecu, unplug your emanage, probably running rich at 3 bar but "shouldn't" cause any bother. Get it mapped or fuelling checked ASAP though before going at it hard

To mod my recaro ones or brackets from the floor to side mounts? Didn't know if I wanted to butcher my recaro ones but it might be easy enough to mod them! Ate send some pics when you get a chance cheers!

Sorry to drag this thread up but im looking into an oil cooler at the moment. The over cooling of the thermostatic plate is a concern, could this be helped by a 10 row cooler instead of 13? Wallace what size is yours? In regards to an in line stat which i thought would be a better idea, Surely when the stat is closed there is oil trapped in the core getting colder and colder till the stat opens and the thick cold oil gets rushed into the engine? That be worth worrying about?

Na, hopefully got some seats sorted out now. I take it the rails have been custom made? Would they include the side mounts or do they separate from the rail? Pics!?

Love these seats, but look rank with those covers… Any proof of them being recaro or trd? Stamps/markings? You know the weight of a seat+rail?

As above, is it a bit of a cunt if your trying to do it with it still on the car! I whipped it off and took it to my mate who burn a notch out of it in about 5 seconds..... after about a full day of me trying to cut it still on the car
